RFA Using Combined Bipolar and Monopolar Energy Deliver With Twin Cooled-Wet Electrodes

Radiofrequency AblationCarcinoma1 more

In this study, a dual / Twin Cooled-wet electrode was used to perform RFA therapy on residual tumors after transarterial chemo-embolization and to find out the therapeutic results. The primary endpoint is the 12-month local recurrence rate, and the secondary endpoint is the survival rate, disease-free survival rate, actual procedure time, complications associated with the procedure, and the technical success rate for securing a safety margin of 3 mm or more around the tumor.

Exploratory Clinical Study of Apatinib and SHR-1210 in Treating Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma...

Gastric CancerHepatocellular Carcinoma

The purpose of this study is to observe and preliminary explore the efficacy and safety of combination of Apatinib and SHR-1210 regimen in treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma or gastric cancer. Apatinib is a small-molecule vascular endothelial growth factors receptor (VEGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor, similar to vatalanib (PTK787), but with a binding affinity 10 times that of vatalanib or sorafenib. SHR-1210 is a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody.

Evaluation of Hepatic Arterial Infusion of Cisplatin and 5-FU in Biomarker Stratified HCC

Hepatocellular Carcinoma Non-Resectable

This study is to assess the efficacy and the safety of hepatic arterial infusion of cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil (HAIC) in advanced HCC patients stratified by biomarker expression predicting therapeutic response.

A Study to Evaluate SHR-1210 in Subjects With Advanced HCC

Hepatocellular Carcinoma Non-Resectable

This a randomized controlled Phase 2/3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR-1210 in subjects with advanced HCC who failed or intolerable to prior systemic treatment. The primary study hypothesis is that SHR-1210 treatment improves Objective Response Rate and Overall Survival when compare with SOC.

Phase II Study of HAIC Using Cisplatin,Leucovorin and 5-Fluorouracil

HepatoCellular Carcinoma

The purpose of this phase II study is to determine the recommended dose, as well as the safety and efficacy of the combination of oxaliplatin, leucovorin and 5-Fu introduced by hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

A Study of Comparison of TACE Combination With and Without EBRT for Advanced HCC

Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This clinical trial is a prospective, randomized, controlled and multicenter study. And the trial is going to better control intrahepatic tumors for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients who meet the inclusion criterion. The patients were divided into two groups, the group A by TACE and the other group B by external- beam radiotherapy(EBRT) after 2 times TACE. Then the therapeutic effects and toxicities of TACE and EBRT are evaluated during the follow-up period. The study design plans to enroll 300 patients, and each group includes 150 cases.

Effects of OXY111A in Primary and Secondary Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Neoplasm

Pancreatic NeoplasmsHepatocellular Cancer2 more

The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether the novel anti-cancer drug OXY111A is safe and tolerated in patients with primary and secondary hepato-pancreato-biliary and gastrointestinal neoplasia as measured by exploring the maximum tolerated dose (MTD). At level of MTD, additional patients will be included aimed for assessing the efficacy profile in these neoplasia entities.
