Immunogenicity and Safety of a Combined Vaccine to Prevent Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Chickenpox...

MumpsVaricella2 more

This is a study to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Biologicals combined measles-mumps-rubella varicella candidate vaccine given to healthy children in their second year of life.

Herpes Zoster

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of GSK Biologicals' HZ/su vaccine in adults ≥ 65 years of age with and without Zostavax® vaccination at least 5 years earlier.

Study to Evaluate Immunogenicity, Safety, and Tolerability of ZOSTAVAX™ Vaccine (Zoster Vaccine...

Herpes Zoster

The study evaluated immunogenicity, safety, and tolerability of ZOSTAVAX™ Vaccine (V211) administered concomitantly versus nonconcomitantly with Quadrivalent Influenza Virus vaccine (inactivated) in participants ≥50 years of age. The primary hypotheses tested 1) the noninferiority of concomitant versus nonconcomitant vaccination with regard to Varicella zoster virus (VZV) Geometric Mean Titer (GMT) antibody responses, 2) the acceptability of geometric mean fold rise in VZV antibody response after concomitant vaccination, and 3) the noninferiority of concomitant versus nonconcomitant vaccination with regard to influenza virus strain-specific GMT antibody responses.

Safety and Immunogenicity of Different Dosing Schedules of GlaxoSmithkline (GSK) Biologicals' Herpes...

Herpes Zoster

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and immunogenicity of the GSK Biologicals' HZ vaccine 1437173A administered on either a 0,2-; 0,6- or 0,12-month schedule in adults aged 50 years or above, as the immunogenicity of the HZ vaccine administered at intervals longer than two months is not known.

Herpes ZosterHerpes Zoster Vaccine

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of GSK Biologicals' HZ/su vaccine in adults with solid tumours undergoing chemotherapy.

Herpes Zoster

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of GSK Biologicals' HZ/su vaccine in subjects' ≥ 50 years of age (YOA) who previously have had Herpes Zoster (HZ). The data collected will be compared with the data from subjects without HZ in other HZ/su trials.

Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of Zoster Vaccine Live (ZOSTAVAX™) in Healthy Adults in...

Herpes ZosterShingles

This study will determine if ZOSTAVAX™ is safe, tolerable, and immunogenic in healthy adults in India.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of Inactivated Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) Vaccine...

Herpes Zoster

This is a study to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of V212 vaccine in adults with autoimmune disease, including participants with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, and other similar diseases. The primary hypothesis is that vaccination with V212 vaccine will elicit significant VZV-specific immune responses at approximately 28 days after vaccination 4. The statistical criterion for significance requires that the lower bound of the 2-sided 95% confidence interval of the geometric mean fold rise in vaccine recipients is >1.0.

Varicella

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of a live attenuated varicella vaccine in healthy adults, adolescents, and children.

Immunogenicity and Safety of Two Lots of NBP608 Compared to Zostavax in Healthy Adult Aged 50 and...

Herpes Zoster

This study assesses non-inferiority by comparing GMR(Geometric Mean Ratio) of NBP608 to Zostavax which are evaluated by gpELISA (Glycoprotein Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay). Total of 646 healthy subjects aged 50 and over are enrolled, and each subject is administered with single dose of vaccine which is randomly assigned.
