A Study to Assess the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Antiviral Activity of ABI-H3733 in Subjects...
Chronic Hepatitis BThis is a randomized, blinded, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging Phase 1b study of the safety, PK, and antiviral activity of ABI-H3733 in treatment-naïve or off-treatment chronic Hepatitis B virus (cHBV) subjects that are Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) positive or negative. The study will enroll up to 5 sequential cohorts of 10 subjects each, for a total of up to 50 subjects, randomized 8:2 to receive ABI-H3733 or placebo.
Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir for Hepatitis B Virus Infection
Hepatitis BThe goals of therapy against chronic hepatitis B are to decrease the morbidity and mortality related to chronic HBV infection. Currently available antiviral therapy can suppress viral replication but only a small proportion attain functional cure, which is defined as HBV surface antigen-to-antibody seroconversion. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is a marker of persistent hepatitis B infection. It has been observed that patients who had both hepatitis B and hepatitis C, and who were treated for their hepatitis C with 12 weeks of ledipasvir/sofosbuvir for had a decline in HBsAg levels. This study hypothesizes that a similar decrease would be seen in mono-infected hepatitis B subjects over the course of 12 weeks treatment with ledipasvir/sofosbuvir.

Hepatitis BThe main purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy of 24 weeks of study treatment, in terms of changes in hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) levels.
A Study of EDP-514 in Healthy Subjects (Part 1) and Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection...
Chronic HBV InfectionPart 1 is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. It will assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of single and multiple orally administered doses of EDP-514 in healthy adult subjects. Part 2 is randomized, double -blind, placebo-controlled study including subjects with Hepatitis B Virus. It will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and antiviral activity of 28 Days of orally administered doses of EDP-514 in nucleos(t)ide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NUC)-Suppressed Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection

Antiviral Activity of Entecavir in Patients Receiving Liver Transplant Due to Chronic Hepatitis...
Hepatitis BChronicThe purpose of this clinical research study is to learn if the study drug entecavir will prevent the recurrence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in participants who receive an orthotopic liver transplant (OLT) due to HBV infection.
Hepatitis B Vaccine Predialysis/Dialysis Study (V232-060)
Hepatitis B Virus InfectionTo describe the immunogenicity and safety of modified process hepatitis B vaccine administered to renal predialysis and dialysis patients
Comparative Efficacy of an Intensified Re-vaccination Scheme for Hepatitis B Virus Infection Among...
Hepatitis BHIVHepatitis B virus infection is a common occurrence among patients with HIV. Effective vaccines are available, but there's some uncertainty regarding specific dosages, specially among those who have not responded to an initial vaccination. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a simplified immunization schedule compared to a high-dose one.
Cups or Cash for Girls Trial to Reduce Sexual and Reproductive Harm and School Dropout
Reproductive HealthHerpesvirus Infection4 moreA 4-armed cluster randomised controlled trial conducted among secondary schoolgirls in Siaya, western Kenya, where clusters are the unit of allocation and schoolgirls the unit of measurement. The overall aim of the trial is to inform evidence-based policy to develop intervention programmes which improve adolescent girls' health, school equity and life-chances. The primary objective is to determine the impact of menstrual cups or cash transfer alone, or in combination, compared against controls, on a composite of deleterious outcomes (HIV, HSV-2 infection, and school dropout) over 3 schoolyears follow-up.
