A Study of Zimberelimab(GLS-010) Combined With AVD for Newly Diagnosed Early-stage Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
Classical Hodgkin LymphomaThis is a multicenter, open-label single-arm phase II study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zimberelimab (GLS-010) combined with AVD for newly diagnosed early-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma under the guidance of PET/CT.
Precision Exercise in Children With Malignant Hemopathies
LeukemiaMyeloid12 moreIn the early years of life and during adolescence, physical activity is crucial for good development of motor skills. It is even more so for those children and young people who are forced to undergo anti-cancer therapies and therefore undergo long periods of hospitalization (often bedridden) and prolonged periods of physical inactivity. The research project "Sport Therapy" was born with the aim of demonstrating that, through targeted physical activity administered by the sports physician in collaboration with the pediatrician hematologist, it is possible to facilitate the full recovery of these patients, avoiding the high risk of chronic diseases related to a sedentary lifestyle and allowing them to better reintegrate, once healed, in their community of origin (school, sport and social relations). The research project "Sport Therapy" was born within the Maria Letizia Verga Center at the Pediatric Clinic of the University of Milan Bicocca, at the Foundation for the Mother and Her Child, San Gerardo Hospital in Monza. Every year, around 80 children and adolescents with leukemia, lymphoma or blood disorders leading to bone marrow transplantation are treated here.
A Randomized Phase II Study of Hyperbaric Oxygen in Improving Engraftment in Umbilical Cord Blood...
AMLNHL3 moreThe UCB transplant is a type of stem cell transplant used to treat cancer of the blood or lymph glands. The UCB transplant has advantages over other types of transplants such as ease of obtaining the umbilical cord blood, absence of donor risks, reduced risks of contagious infections, and the availability for immediate use. The UCB transplant is also associated with a lower incidence of graft versus host disease, or GvHD (in GvHD, the transplanted graft attacks the recipient organs).
Tislelizumab, Gemcitabine and Cisplatin for R/R Hodgkin Lymphoma Followed by Tislelizumab Consolidation...
Hodgkin LymphomaThis trial investigates the efficacy and safety of the drug tislelizumab in combination with chemotherapy as a treatment for patients with R/R HL. Tislelizumab is given in combination with chemotherapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin) followed by consolidation with tislelizumab alone. The study primary question is whether this strategy works as well as the standard treatment with intensive chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant.
A Study of Coformulated Favezelimab/Pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) Versus Physician's Choice Chemotherapy...
Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to compare efficacy of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) with physician's choice chemotherapy of bendamustine or gemcitabine in participants with PD-(L)1-refractory, relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin Lymphoma. The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab. The primary study hypotheses are that coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab is superior to physician's choice chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Drug Levels, and Preliminary Efficacy of Relatlimab...
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin1 moreThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, drug levels, and preliminary efficacy of relatlimab plus nivolumab in pediatric and young adult participants with recurrent or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Pembrolizumab and Brentuximab Vedotin vs GDP and Stem Cell Transplant for Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin...
Hodgkin LymphomaThis study is being done to determine if two new drugs can shrink or eliminate classical Hodgkins lymphoma.
A Phase III Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Penpulimab in the Relapsed and Refractory...
Hodgkin Disease LymphomaThis is an open-label, multicenter, randomized, phase 3 trial to evaluate the efficacy of Penpulimab vs. standard chemotherapy selected by investigator in patients with relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin's lymphoma.
The Clinical Trial of Chidamide+Decitabine+Camrelizumab Versus Decitabine+Camrelizumab in Anti-PD-1...
Hodgkin LymphomaAnti-PD-1 Antibody ResistantThis open-label, randomized, two-arm, phase 2 study has the primary objective of comparing the ORR obtained with Chidamide+Decitabine+Camrelizumab against that obtained with Decitabine+Camrelizumab in patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma who were confirmed resistant to Anti-PD-1 antibody therapy.
PD-1 Inhibitor Combined With Decitabine Followed by ASCT as Second-line Therapy for Relapsed or...
Hodgkin LymphomaAdult2 moreYoung patients with relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin's lymphoma will be treated with PD-1 inhibitor combined with decitabine as second-line salvage treatment for four cycles. If PR or CR was obtained after salvage treatment, patients will receive GBM conditioning regimen followed by ASCT as consolidation therapy. High-risk R/R cHL patients will be treated with PD-1 inhibitor after ASCT for 1 year. The purpose of current study is to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of PD-1 inhibitor combined with decitabine followed by ASCT as second-line treatment in patients with relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin's lymphoma.
