Combination Chemotherapy Given With Radiation Therapy or Radiation Therapy Alone in Treating Patients...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining radiation therapy with chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy plus radiation therapy with radiation therapy alone in treating patients with early-stage Hodgkin's disease.
Camrelizumab(SHR-1210) Combined With GEMOX in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma...
Hodgkin LymphomaThis is an open-label, single arm, Phase 2 study to evaluate efficacy and safety of PD1 inhibitor Camrelizumab(SHR-1210) combined with Gemox in patients with relapsed and refractory hodgkin lymphoma who will receive ASCT.Efficacy will be assessed according to 2014 Lugano criteria.
Study of GLS-010 Injection in the Treatment of Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Classical Hodgkin's LymphomaPatients with refractory cHL. Patients will be treated with GLS-010
Pilot Study Exploring the Use of Hyperbaric Oxygen in Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation...
Multiple MyelomaHodgkin's Disease1 moreBy doing this study, researchers hope to learn the following: The safety of hyperbaric oxygen administration in the setting of the autologous transplant The effects of hyperbaric oxygen administration on neutrophil count recovery and engraftment
Phase I/II Feasibility Study Combining Brentuximab Vedotin With Second Line Salvage Chemotherapy...
Hodgkin LymphomaRefractory1 moreTo combine Brentuximab Vedotin with Dexamethasone, AraC and Cisplatin (DHAP) chemotherapy in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) refractory to first line chemotherapy or in first relapse is expected to induce a significantly higher (metabolic) complete remission (CR) rate prior to consolidation with BEAM, as judged by FDG (18F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose fluorodeoxyglucose)-PET negativity. This will be compared with published data on DHAP salvage only. Increasing the metabolic CR rate prior to consolidation with high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) is expected to improve progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
Brentuximab Vedotin Followed by ABVD in Patients With Previously Untreated Hodgkin Lymphoma
Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of two three-weekly 1.8 mg/kg Brentuximab vedotin administrations in untreated patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL).
Study Comparing R-mabHD and a Combination of ABVD in Hodgkin's Disease
Hodgkin's Disease120 subjects with Hodgkin's disease will be randomly divided into two groups: Group I receiving R-mabHD and Group II receiving a combination of Adriamycin,Bleomycin,Vinblastine and Dacarbazine. R-mabHD will be given once a week for eight weeks in a row. The ABVD combination will be given once every other week for 12 treatments. The hypothesis is that intervention with R-mabHD will lead to a quicker remission of Hodgkin's disease than the intervention with a combination of ABVD.
Positron Emission Tomography (PET)-Adapted Chemotherapy In Advanced Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL)
HODGKIN LYMPHOMAThe purpose of this multicenter clinical trial is to assess the clinical impact of dose intensification performed very early during treatment in a subset of poor prognosis, advanced-stage Hodgkin Lymphoma patients, defined as PET-positive after two courses of conventional adriamycin (doxorubicin), bleomycin, vinblastine and dacarbazine (ABVD) chemotherapy.
Safety and Efficacy Study of TNX-650 to Treat Refractory Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Hodgkin's LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of TNX-650 for Injection when administered to patients with refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Carmustine, Etoposide, Cytarabine, Melphalan, and Alemtuzumab Followed by Donor Stem Cell Transplant...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Giving chemotherapy before a donor stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as alemtuzumab, can find cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine before and after the transplant may stop this from happening. Once the donated stem cells begin working, the patient's immune system may see the remaining cancer cells as not belonging in the patient's body and destroy them (called graft-versus-tumor effect). Giving an infusion of the donor's white blood cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) may boost this effect. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying the side effects of giving carmustine together with etoposide, cytarabine, melphalan, and alemtuzumab followed by donor stem cell transplant and to see how well it works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma.
