Consolidation PET-based and Donor-based After Salvage Therapy in Patients With HL in Relapse or...
Hodgkin's LymphomaPET-based consolidation and donor-based therapy after rescue in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma refractory at first line therapy, or relapse early or late, undergone a second line chemotherapy.
Dietary and Exercise Interventions in Preventing Cardiovascular Disease in Younger Survivors of...
Childhood Brain TumorChildhood Hodgkin Lymphoma2 moreThis clinical trial studies dietary and exercise interventions in preventing cardiovascular disease in younger survivors of childhood cancer. Eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease in younger survivors of childhood cancer.
Study to Assess the Safety of Nivolumab in the Treatment of Metastatic Melanoma, Lung Cancer, Renal...
Multiple Indications CancerThis is a post-marketing study of patients who started nivolumab as first- or second-line therapy for metastatic melanoma or as second-line therapy for metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (SqNSCLC) , metastatic non-SqNSCLC, metastatic renal cell carcimona (RCC), or recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck cancer (SCCHN), or third-line therapy for classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) in Mexico.
Compassionate Use Re-Infusion of ATLCAR.CD30
Hodgkin LymphomaAdultThis protocol for compassionate use combines 2 different ways of fighting disease: antibodies and T cells. Both antibodies and T cells have been used to treat patients with cancers, and both have shown promise, but neither alone has been sufficient to cure most patients. This protocol combines both T cells and antibodies to create a more effective treatment. The investigational treatment is called autologous T lymphocyte chimeric antigen receptor cells targeted against the CD30 antigen (ATLCAR.CD30) administration. Prior studies have shown that a new gene can be put into T cells and will increase their ability to recognize and kill cancer cells. The new gene that is put in the T cells in this study makes a piece of an antibody called anti-CD30. This antibody sticks to leukemia cells because they have a substance on the outside of the cells called CD30. For this protocol, the anti-CD30 antibody has been changed so that instead of floating free in the blood part of it is now joined to the T cells. When an antibody is joined to a T cell in this way it is called a chimeric receptor. These CD30 chimeric (combination) receptor-activated T cells seem to kill some of the tumor, but they do not last very long in the body and so their chances of fighting the cancer are unknown. The primary purpose of this protocol is to treat a single patient with a second dose of ATLCAR.CD30 T cells.
Drug Use Surveillance for Brentuximab Vedotin Intravenous Infusion "Untreated CD30-Positive Hodgkin's...
Untreated CD30-Positive Hodgkin's LymphomaThe purpose of this survey is to monitor and identify the occurrence of neutropenia and febrile neutropenia in untreated CD30-positive Hodgkin's lymphoma participants on concomitant brentuximab vedotin and doxorubicin hydrochloride, vinblastine sulfate, and dacarbazine (AVD) in routine clinical practice.
Blood Samples to Identify Biomarkers in Haploidentical Graft Recipients
LeukemiaHodgkin Disease3 moreThe investigators are interested in identifying patient-specific factors related to donor chimerism in patients who receive nonmyeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplants from haploidentical donors. We will look how patients' bodies break down and immediately respond to cyclophosphamide, fludarabine and mycophenolate mofetil.
A Retrospective Study of Toxicity and Outcome of High Dose Chemotherapy With Autologous Stem Cell...
Hodgkin LymphomaThe majority of patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL)are cured with radiation therapy and/or combination chemotherapy. However, patients who relapse after attaining a complete remission with chemotherapy and those with primary refractory disease have a poor outcome with conventional chemotherapy regimens. Treatment results with standard-dose second-line regimens produce low complete remission rates and minimal survival benefit. Single institution studies have shown better outcome after autologous stem cell transplant in this group of patients when compared to historical controls receiving conventional treatment. In this retrospective review, we aim to analyze outcome and determine independent prognostic factors which would correlate with the long-term outcome of patients with HL who received an autologous stem cell transplant in the past at the Royal Marsden Hospital Eligible patients (those on current-follow-up) identified from the transplant database will be eligible for the study. Accrual of eligible patients currently under follow-up will be performed in clinic at the time of next appointment. All patients accrued will give informed consent to participate in the study for retrospective case note review, after discussion with a study investigator and after receiving a study information sheet. The results of the analysis will be published in a peer-reviewed medical journal.
Psychosocial Impact of Cancer-Related Female Infertility
Hodgkin's DiseaseCervical Cancer2 moreThe success of cancer treatment combined with the trend to delay childbearing is increasing the numbers of women survivors whose childbearing has been interrupted by cancer. For some, treatment has resulted in infertility. Others have been advised to delay pregnancy until a certain follow-up interval or have new fears that pregnancy could be a risk to maternal health. Not least is the concern that children born after a mother's cancer would face increased risks for birth defects or cancer. The specific aims of this project are as follows: To measure the impact of cancer-related interruption of childbearing on women's long-term emotional well-being and health-related quality of life, over and above other demographic and cancer-related factors To find out if becoming a biological or social mother after cancer treatment decreases the long-term psychosocial impact of interrupted childbearing compared to remaining childless To refine the psychometric properties of questionnaires for female cancer survivors measuring Distress about Cancer-Related Childbearing Issues and Attitudes towards Parenthood after Cancer To define targets for a future intervention to improve female survivors' knowledge about childbearing after cancer, decrease distress associated with interrupted childbearing, and promote peer support.
Cardiac Effects in Long-Term Survivors of Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Hodgkin DiseaseLymphoma1 moreThis study is to inquire by mailed survey regarding the cardiac and general health of patients previously treated for Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with radiation therapy/anthracycline chemotherapy.
Interest of a Systematic One-year Monitoring by 18F-FDG PET-CT
Malignant LymphomaRelapsed Non Hodgkin Lymphoma3 moreIn the study, we aimed to characterize the role of FDG PET/CT surveillance at 12 months of malignant lymphoma in asymptomatic patients after a first complete remission and to define a rational follow-up strategy.
