Optimization of the Primary Therapy for Patients With Hodgkin's Disease and Evaluation of PET
Hodgkin DiseasePrognosis of patients with Hodgkin´s lymphoma (HL) has been improved significantly over the last decade. Therefore, the impact of treatment associated long-term toxicities and late effects such as second cancers increased. The purpose of this prospective multicenter trial is to show the feasibility of the treatment with ABVD alone in patients with limited stage (HL1) and intermediate stage (HL2) disease and of an intensified etoposide-free chemotherapy regimen for patients with advanced disease (HL3) including 18F-FDG-PET evaluation.
Open-label Clinical Trial to Investigate the Safety and Tolerability of Allogeneic B-cell Concentrates...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia6 moreThe reconstitution of a functioning immune system after allogeneic stem cell transplantation takes months to years. Particularly memory B-lymphocytes reconstitute poorly with the current conditioning regimes. During the period of intense immune suppression the patients are extremely susceptible to bacterial, fungal and, most importantly, viral infections. The adoptive transfer of B-lymphocytes from the stem-cell donor might significantly enhance humoral immunity for the patient. Aim of the study is to evaluate a new cellular therapy with B-lymphocytes regarding safety. A booster vaccination after B-lymphocyte transfer will evaluate the functionality of the transferred B-lymphocytes in the patient.

Hodgkin's Lymphomastudy to assess maximum tolerated dose (MTD), safety, tolerability and activity of IGEV (Ifosfamide, Gemcitabine,Vinorelbine, Prednisolone) + Panobinostat new combination in order to determine the recommended phase II dose
Bendamustine, Gemcitabine and Vinorelbine (BeGEV) as Induction Therapy in Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin's...
Hodgkin's LymphomaTest of bendamustine in combination with gemcitabine and vinorelbine could contribute to a higher response rate with the reduction of toxic side effects
PD-1 Knockout EBV-CTLs for Advanced Stage Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) Associated Malignancies
Stage IV Gastric CarcinomaStage IV Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma3 moreThis study will evaluate the safety of PD-1 knockout EBV-CTL cells in treating EBV (Epstein-Barr virus) positive advanced stage malignancies. Blood samples will also be collected for research purposes.
Consolidation Therapy With Brentuximab Vedotin After Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation for Relapsed...
Classical Hodgkin LymphomaThe aim of the trial is to improve disease control after an allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) for relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (rrHL, cHL) with consolidation therapy by Brentuximab Vedotin (BV) for up to one year. The primary objective of the trial is to show efficacy of the experimental consolidative treatment strategy. Secondary objectives are to further evaluate efficacy, show safety and feasibility and perform correlative studies.
Randomized Trial of G-CSF Alone Versus Intermediate-dose Ara-C Plus G-CSF Mobilization in Hodgkin's...
Hodgkin's LymphomaNon-Hodgkin's LymphomaThe purpose of the study is to compare safety and efficacy of stem cell mobilization using G-CSF (filgrastim) alone vs. intermediate-dose cytosine arabinoside plus G-CSF in Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients.
Biomarkers in Blood Samples From Patients With HIV Infection and Stage III or Stage IV Hodgkin Lymphoma...
LymphomaNonneoplastic ConditionRATIONALE: Studying samples of blood in the laboratory from patients undergoing treatment with HIV infection and Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors learn more about the effects of therapy on HIV. PURPOSE: This research study is studying biomarkers in blood samples from patients with HIV infection and stage III or stage IV Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.
Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Hodgkin's Disease and HIV Infection
LymphomaRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one drug may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of two combination chemotherapy regimens in treating patients with Hodgkin's disease and HIV infection.
Safety and Efficacy of OT-82 in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Lymphoma
LymphomaLymphoma11 moreThis research study will test OT-82, which is an investigational ("research" or "experimental" ) drug. The study has two stages (Stage 1 and Stage 2). The purpose of Stage 1 is to determine the safety and tolerability and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the maximum tested dose of OT-82 administered orally to participants. The purpose of Stage 2 is to determine the preliminary efficacy of OT-82 in relapsed or refractory lymphoma at the MTD or the maximum tested dose. Both parts of the study will also evaluate the pharmacokinetics (absorption, distribution, metabolism, elimination) of OT-82. OT-82 treatment slowed the growth, reduced the size, or in some cases cured certain cancers in animal studies. It is hoped that participants with relapsed or refractory lymphoma treated with OT - 82 in this study will experience slowing tumor growth and/or reduction of tumor size.
