Brentuximab Vedotin and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma...

Recurrent Classic Hodgkin LymphomaRefractory Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma

This phase II trial studies the effect of brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab in treating patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) that have been previously treated with brentuximab vedotin or checkpoint inhibitors. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab in combination may be an effective treatment in patients with relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin lymphoma previously treated with brentuximab vedotin or checkpoint inhibitors.

CCCG-HD-2018 for Children and Adolescents With Newly Diagnosed Hodgkin Lymphoma

Hodgkin Lymphoma

The incidence of Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) in Chinese children and adolescents is only 1 / 10 of that in Europe and the United States, which is a "rare" childhood tumor. Due to the "drug shortage" and extremely low incidence, it has brought great difficulties to the domestic clinical research and failed to achieve the desired effect. In this study, we apply a well-documented effective protocol on newly diagnosed children and adolescents with HL to understand whether the same treatment regimens can obtain similar event free survival rates and overall survival rates and then find out the problems existing in the current clinical care of HL in China, so as to make continuous improvement in the future and prepare for innovative clinical research.

A Study of Safety and Efficacy of PET-adapted Treatment With Nivolumab at the Fixed Dose 40 mg,...

Hodgkin Lymphoma

Nivolumab is an anti-PD-1 antibody highly effective in patients with relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma. A PET-adapted regimen of Nivo combined with ICE as first salvage therapy was shown to induce high response rates and favorable progression-free survival as a bridge to autologous stem cell transplantation, allowing to omit salvage chemotherapy in a substantial proportion of r\r cHL patients. This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of PET-adapted treatment of nivolumab at the fixed dose of 40 mg in combination with ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (NICE-40) in patients with relapsed/refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Evaluating Combination of Nivolumab and Axatilimab in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Classical...

Hodgkin Lymphoma

The goal of this clinical trial is to study the combination of nivolumab and axatilimab in patients with relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin Lymphoma. This study will mainly look at if the combination works as expected.

Prolgolimab Monotherapy or in Combination With Bendamustine for r/r Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

Hodgkin Lymphoma

Prolgolimab is an anti-PD-1 inhibitor that has previously been shown to be effective and safe for the treatment of patients with melanoma. Given the mechanism of action, it is expected to be effective in patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). The use of PD-1 inhibitors in 2nd line treatment, as part of PET-adapted monotherapy/combination therapy, has already demonstrated a favorable toxicity profile, as well as a high efficacy, which may lead to increased survival of patients with r/r cHL. It has been demonstrated that long-term disease remission can be achieved after PD-1 inhibitor therapy, even in a group of heavily pretreated patients with relapsed/refractory cHL. The use of prolgolimab as part of PET-adapted therapy strategy in this study may allow to achieve a prolonged remission in patients with cHL who are highly sensitive to immunotherapy while omitting the autologous stem cell transplantation.

Treatment Strategy for Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma

Hodgkin LymphomaRefractory Hodgkin Lymphoma2 more

The choice of the best second-line therapy in patients with high LH R/R risk, it is a niche of knowledge not covered at the moment, especially the role of Brentuximab (BV) plus PD-1 blockade and auto-HSCT. What is the progression-free survival and rate of metabolic responses complete in patients with high-risk R/R HL with the treatment strategy: BV+ PD-1 blockade consolidation with Auto-HSCT and maintenance with BV + PD-blockade 1?
