Safety and Immunogenicity of a Subunit Trivalent Nonadjuvated Influenza Study Vaccine in Adults...

Human Influenza

To evaluate the safety of a single intramuscular (IM) injection of trivalent nonadjuvated influenza study vaccine, formulation 2012/2013, in adult and elderly subjects and the antibody response to each influenza vaccine antigen, as measured by single radial hemolysis (SRH) and hemagglutination inhibition (HI) at approximately 21 days postimmunization in adult and elderly subjects in compliance with the requirements of the current EU recommendations for clinical trials related to yearly licensing of influenza vaccines.

Yearly Licence Tolerability and Immunogenicity Study of Fluval AB Seasonal Influenza Vaccine to...

Influenza

This is a yearly licence tolerability and immunogenicity study of Fluval AB suspension for injection (trivalent, seasonal influenza vaccine, active ingredient content: 15 μgHA/strain/0.5mL) in adult and elderly subjects to assess immunogenicity of a single intramuscular injection of Fluval AB suspension for injection, as measured by haemagglutination inhibition (HI) test, and to evaluate safety and tolerability (incidence of adverse events) of a single intramuscular injection of Fluval AB suspension for injection.

Jet Injection for Influenza

InfluenzaHuman

The purpose of this study is to determine if the administration of a seasonal flu vaccine using a PharmaJet's needle-free injection device (STRATIS) is equivalent to needle and syringe administration, as measured by laboratory tests of immune response.

Clinical Study for Safety and Immunogenicity Study of Influenza Vaccine

Influenza

The goal of the study is to assess the safety and immune response after vaccination with different doses and vaccination schedules of virosomal influenza vaccine.

Seasonal Influenza DNA Vaccine & Seasonal Influenza Trivalent Inactivated Vaccine (TIV) in Children...

Influenza

This is a Phase I, dose escalation study in healthy adolescents and children (6-17 years) to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of a prime-boost regimen of the 2012/2013 seasonal influenza DNA vaccine (HA DNA) followed by licensed 2012/2013 TIV vaccine. The comparator groups will receive licensed 2012/2013 TIV as prime and boost. The hypothesis is that the 2012/2013 HA DNA prime-TIV boost regimen will be safe and result in a broader and more durable immune response than is observed in age-matched comparator TIV-TIV groups.

Safety and Immunogenicity of a Monovalent Inactivated Influenza H3N2 Variant (H3N2v) Vaccine in...

Influenza

This is a Phase II open-label study in approximately 200, and up to 240, healthy males and non-pregnant females, aged 18 years and older. This study is designed to assess the safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of an unadjuvanted subvirion monovalent inactivated influenza H3N2v vaccine manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur. Subjects will be stratified by age (approximately 100 (up to 120) subjects 18-64 years old and approximately 100 (up to 120) subjects >/= 65 years old) to receive two doses of vaccine, delivered intramuscularly as 15mcg HA/0.5mL dose, 21 days apart. The duration of the study for each subject will be approximately 7 months.

Inactivated Split Virus Seasonal Influenza Vaccine (Vero Cell-Derived)

Influenza

The purpose of this study is to determine if a Vero cell-derived trivalent seasonal influenza vaccine produced by the modified manufacturing process: induces immune responses comparable to that produced by the current manufacturing process has an acceptable safety profile compared to a licensed trivalent seasonal influenza vaccine demonstrates consistency of immune response among three different lots.

Immunogenicity and Safety Trial of Adjuvanted and Non-adjuvanted Trivalent Influenza Vaccine in...

Influenza

This study will provide the Senegal Ministry of Health with data on the safety and immunogenicity of adjuvanted trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (adjTIV) and full-dose seasonal non-adjuvanted trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (TIV) in children. This data will inform future policy considerations for influenza vaccine. The study is not powered to detect significant differences between vaccines or groups, and no hypotheses are to be tested; therefore, immunogenicity and safety objectives are to be analyzed descriptively.

Immunogenicity and Safety of PrepandrixTM in Korean Subjects Aged 18 to 60 Years Old

Influenza

This study will evaluate the immunogenicity and the safety of PrepandrixTM in Korean subjects. A second group of subjects will receive FluarixTM vaccine as control.

Immunogenicity and Safety Study of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Biologicals' Influenza Vaccine, Fluarix®/Influsplit...

Influenza

The purpose of this study is to assess, in adults 18 years of age and above, the immunogenicity and reactogenicity of the seasonal influenza vaccine, Fluarix/Influsplit SSW 2013/2014, containing the three vaccine influenza strains (two A strains and one B strain) for the 2013/2014 season.
