This study is being conducted to assess the safety and tolerability of relugolix with other agents approved for use in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for a 12-week treatment period and an additional 40-week safety extension period in men with prostate cancer, either metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) or non-metastatic or metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC or mCRPC).

Efficacy of Baricitinib In Treatment of Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity Versus Irritant Skin Reactions...

Allergic Contact Dermatitis

The treatment of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) can be unsatisfactory, and that other skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis have an increased likelihood of ACD, improved systemic treatments are needed. This research study explores the effectiveness of Baricitinib in treating Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity (allergic) versus Irritant Skin reactions. Subjects for this study need to be healthy males between the ages of 18 and 40. This study will evaluate this by injecting antigens as well as applying them on top of the skin to the forearm then measure the effects of Baricitinib by skin and blood testing.

Comparison Efficacy Between Two Different Frequency of Maintenance Dose Oral Immunotherapy

Wheat HypersensitivityImmunotherapy

Oral immunotherapy(OIT) is effective in desensitized food allergy. OIT protocols are not standardized, and a wide heterogeneity exists in the literature . So the purpose of our study is to compare short term unresponsiveness rate between once daily dose and four times/week dose during one year maintenance phase of wheat OIT

Metastatic Prostate CancerHormone Sensitive Prostate Cancer1 more

Evaluate whether the combination of Rezvilutamide and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) with docetaxel improves overall survival (OS) in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) compared to the combination of Rezvilutamide and ADT.

A Study of an Intermittent ADT Approach With Apalutamide Monotherapy in Participants With mCSPC...

Metastatic Castrate-sensitive Prostate Cancer

The purpose of the study is to determine if the intermittent use of androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT) in participants with metastatic castrate-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) who reached a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level < 0.2 nanograms/millilitres (ng/mL) after 6 months of treatment with apalutamide and ADT combination therapy provides non-inferior radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) and a reduced burden of hot flashes measured as 18-month percent change in severity adjusted hot flash score.

A Trial Comparing Docetaxel 75 mg/m2 (3w) Versus Docetaxel 50 mg/m2 (2w) in Combination With Darolutamide...

Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mHSPC)

The purpose of this clinical phase 3 randomized trial is to compare two different dosing schedules of Docetaxel in combination with ADT and Darolutamide in subjects with mHSPC. The main question aims to compare grade 3-5 adverse events (AEs) in patients with mHSPC treated with 6 cycles of either Docetaxel 75 mg/m2 every 3 weeks in a 3 week cycle or 6 cycles of Docetaxel 50 mg/m2 every 2 weeks in a 4 week cycle in combination with Darolutamide + ADT. The primary endpoint are Grade 3-5 AEs, followed by neutropenia grade 3/4 + grade 5 AEs to be analysed 28 weeks after last patient first Docetaxel dose (LPFD).

Immune-supportive Diet and Gut Permeability in Allergic Children

Peanut AllergyNut Allergy

Peanut and nut allergy can be life threatening. Some patients have very low threshold levels (i.e. the amounts of peanut and nuts to which the patients react), others react to higher doses. The reasons for these differences in threshold are not well understood. Patients with peanut and nut allergy often suffer from other allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, hay fever and asthma). A disturbed gut microbiota composition and an increased gut permeability may explain the development of allergic disease. We hypothesize that increased gut permeability is related to low threshold levels to peanuts or nuts. In addition, as it is known that nutrition can influence our gut permeability, we also hypothesize that a healthful immune-supportive diet restores gut permeability and alleviates symptoms. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to study in peanut and nut allergic children: the relationship between gut permeability and threshold levels to peanut or nuts; the effect of an immune-supportive diet on gut permeability, gut microbiome composition, coexisting allergic symptoms and quality of life
