Observatory of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension of Congenital Heart Disease
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension of Congenital Heart DiseaseThe complex congenital cardiac malformations are a significant number of different diseases, each having specific natural histories. The interface with pulmonary arterial hypertension (HTAP) is high since the physiology of many of these disorders comprises alterations in pulmonary vasculature. This observatory is a cohort of 400 patients enrolled in 3 years, older than one month, having been informed and have agreed to participate in the study and with congenital heart disease other than patent foramen ovale as well as a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension confirmed by cardiac catheterization. The main objectives of this report are to know Incidence of congenital heart disease in HTAP France. Describe the natural history of HTAP in a large population of patients Congenital heart disease in France The characteristics of HTAP congenital heart disease Having a cohort study

Ventricular Reversed Remodeling After LTX in PAH Patients
Pulmonary Arterial HypertensionThe investigators will evaluate ventricular reversed remodelling after double lung transplantation (LTX) in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), measured with cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Reversed remodelling will be compared with control patients without PAH (e.g. Cystic Fibrosis) who will also undergo LTX.

CTEPH DIAGNOSIS Europe - MRI
Pulmonary HypertensionPhase III diagnostic trial to demonstrate that functional lung MRI can replace VQ-SPECT in a diagnostic strategy for patients with suspected CTEPH where positive findings are verified with catheter pulmonary angiography (CPA), or computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA)

Idiopathic Pre-capillary Pulmonary Hypertension in ESKD Patients
Pulmonary HypertensionThis study investigates the prevalence and prognosis of idiopathic pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension (PH) in patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD).

HYPID (Pulmonary Hypertension in Interstitial Lung Disease) EXTENSION
Pulmonary Arterial HypertensionDiffuse Interstitial Lung DiseaseHYPID-2 study is an extension of HYPID study (NCT01443598) : HYPID-2 is also an observational and prospective study of patients with interstitial lung disease and pre capillary hypertension diagnosed by right heart sided catheterization. It concerns only incident patients (i.e patients included within 6 months after PH diagnosis) whereas HYPID concerned prevalent and incident cases. The primary aim is the same than HYPID : identify prognostic factors

Blopress Tablets Specified Drug-use Survey "Hypertension: Survey on Patients With Metabolic Syndrome"...
HypertensionThe purpose of this survey is designed to investigate the treatment status of hypertensive patient with metabolic syndrome-related risk factors treated with candesartan cilexetil tablets (Blopress Tablets), as well as to assess relationships between risk factors (example, visceral fat accumulation) and the incidence of cerebrovascular/cardiovascular events in an exploratory manner.

Examination of Ventavis (Iloprost) Inhalation Behavior Using the I-Neb AAD System in Patients With...
HypertensionPulmonaryThe aim of this study is to examine inhalation behavior in patients enrolled in the German Ventavis patient support program Ventaplus when these patients are switched from Ventavis (Iloprost) 10 μg/mL to Ventavis (Iloprost) 20 μg/mL formulation.

Sleep Related Breathing Disturbances and High Altitude Pulmonary Hypertension in Kyrgyz Highlanders...
High Altitude Pulmonary HypertensionSleep ApneaHigh altitude pulmonary hypertension, a form of altitude illness that occurs in long-term residents at altitudes >2500 m, is characterized by dyspnea, hypoxemia, impaired exercise performance and hypertension in the pulmonary circulation. Whether sleep related breathing disturbances, common causes of nocturnal hypoxemia in lowlanders, are also prevalent in highlanders and promote pulmonary hypertension in highlanders is unknown. Therefore, the current study will investigate whether highlanders with high altitude pulmonary hypertension have a greater prevalence of sleep apnea than healthy highlanders and lowlanders.

A Study of Intraocular Pressure (IOP) Reduction in Newly Diagnosed Patients With Primary Open Angle...
GlaucomaOpen-Angle1 moreThis is an observational study and will evaluate IOP reduction in newly diagnosed patients with POAG or OHT. All care (including treatment and diagnostic procedures) provided is at the discretion of the participating physicians according to their clinical judgment and the local standard of medical care.

Study Comparing Quantitative Assessments in Open-angle Glaucoma (OAG) and/or Ocular Hypertension...
GlaucomaOpen-Angle1 moreThis study will evaluate assessments from the Goniometric Lens compared with those from anterior segment imaging in patients with open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and/or ocular hypertension (OHT).
