INCAGN01876 in Combination With Immunotherapy in Participants With Recurrent or Metastatic Head...
Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaAdvanced Malignancies1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, efficacy, PK and pharmacodynamics of INCAGN01876 when given in combination with retifanlimab. The study will consist of 2 parts: a safety lead-in part (Part 1) followed by a dose expansion part (Part 2).
A Safety and Preliminary Efficacy Study of SBT6290 Alone and in Combination With PD-(L)1 Inhibitors...
Urothelial CarcinomaTriple Negative Breast Cancer3 moreThis is a first-in-human, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation and expansion study designed to investigate SBT6290 administered alone and in combination with pembrolizumab in advanced solid tumors associated with Nectin-4 expression.
Pharmacodynamic Effects and Predictive Biomarkers With Ruxolitinib in Operable Head and Neck Cancer...
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis study will identify baseline and/or pharmacodynamic biomarkers of response to ruxolitinib, based upon association with quantitative change in tumor size following 14-21 days of neoadjuvant ruxolitinib in patients with operable HNSCC.
Entolimod in Treating Patients With Stage III-IV Squamous Cell Head and Neck Cancer Receiving Cisplatin...
MucositisRecurrent Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Hypopharynx36 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of entolimod in treating patients with stage III-IV or recurrent head and neck cancer. Biological therapies, such as entolimod, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Entolimod may also prevent side effects caused by chemotherapy with cisplatin and radiation therapy. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving entolimod together with cisplatin and radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells
Direct Visual Fluorescence in Finding Oral Cancer in High-Risk Patients and Patients Undergoing...
Lip and Oral Cavity Squamous Cell CarcinomaOral Cavity Verrucous Carcinoma2 moreThis clinical trial studies direct visual fluorescence in finding oral cancer in high-risk patients and patients undergoing routine dental care. Diagnostic procedures, such as direct visual fluorescence, may help find and diagnose oral cancer.
A Phase II Study to Evaluate Low-Dose Fractionated Radiotherapy (LDFRT)
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and NeckThe purpose of this study is to determine if low-dose radiation therapy and the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel is effective in treating head and neck cancer that has returned after treatment with standard radiation therapy alone, but cannot be removed by surgery. The overall total dose received of both the chemotherapy and radiation therapy will be less than that typically given as standard of care; however, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not evaluated the safety and effectiveness of this combination therapy. In addition, this study will gather information about the effects of radiation therapy and chemotherapy on subject's overall quality of life.
Study of Efficacy and Safety of LJM716 and Cetuximab in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients...
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaTo establish whether LJM716 in combination with cetuximab is safe and has beneficial effects in patients with platinum-pretreated recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
Dendritic Cell Vaccine for Head and Neck Cancer
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and NeckThis research study is testing a new treatment of cancer of the head and neck. Purpose This research study is being done to: Test the safety of the experimental cancer vaccine made of dendritic cells. An experimental vaccine is one that is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). To learn what effects (good and bad) the vaccine will have on you and your head and neck cancer. To learn if the vaccine will stimulate your body's white blood cells, which are part of your immune system (your body's natural defense system).
PembROlizumab With or Without Microbial EcOsystem ThErapeutic 4 (MET4) in Advanced Head and Neck...
Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThe usual approach for patients who are not in a study is treatment with pembrolizumab, a type of immunotherapy drug. Immunotherapy works by allowing the immune system to detect your cancer and reactivate the immune response. This may help to slow down the growth of cancer and may cause cancer cells to die.
AMD3100 Plus Pembrolizumab in Immune Checkpoint Blockade Refractory Head and Neck Squamous Cell...
Head and Neck CancerThis research is studying the safety and effectiveness of AMD3100 and pembrolizumab in participants with metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
