The PLIANT II registry is undertaken to examine the real-world outcome after treatment of consecutive patients with uni- or bilateral aorto-iliac or iliac aneurysms using the E-liac Stent Graft System.

In this study, patients will be observed who receive an E-liac Stent Graft for treatment of isolated iliac aneurysms or an E-liac Stent Graft in combination with one of the following AAA stent grafts: E-tegra Stent Graft, Endurant AAA Stent Graft, Zenith AAA Endovascular Graft, Gore Excluder AAA Endoprosthesis for treatment of aorto-iliac aneurysms. Objectives of this post-market registry are: Primary: To prevent the risk of rupture and death by the treatment of common iliac aneurysm with an iliac branched stent graft (E-liac, JOTEC) Secondary: Evaluation of safety and feasibility of the E-liac Stent Graft System used in endovascular treatment of uni- or bilateral aorto-iliac or iliac aneurysm.

This post market registry consists of a retrospective and a prospective part. The first part is a retrospective registry of all implanted IBE devices of Gore in the Netherlands after CE mark was obtained, to get an initial insight on the feasibility and safety of this procedure. The second part is to prospectively register all data on implanted IBE Gore devices, in order to gain more robust data on the efficacy of the device in maintaining hypogastric artery patency.

The Zenith(R) Connection Endovascular Covered Stent Clinical Study is a clinical investigation to study the safety and performance of the Zenith(R) Connection Endovascular Covered Stent in conjunction with the Zenith(R) Branch Endovascular Graft-Iliac Bifurcation in the treatment of aorto-iliac and iliac aneurysms.

The aim of this project is to demonstrate the benefit of the use of aortic iliac branch endoprosthesis in the iliac aneurysms and to avoid the classic complications.
