Real Life Safety and Efficacy of Vardenafil

In this uncontrolled, non-randomized, prospective, local post-marketed surveillance study, data are obtained on safety and efficacy of LEVITRA® in routine treatment of erectile dysfunction. The general objectives are to evaluate the product safety (primarily by recording adverse events), efficacy and patient acceptance.

Impotence

A prospective, randomized, 3-arm parallel trial on 45 males with ED that were never exposed to PDE5i therapy (naïve patients) will be enrolled.In each group, every patient will receive three treatment regimes (Viagra®50mg & Levitra®10mg, Viagra®100mg, Levitra®20mg), in different sequences of administration in such a manner that eventually each patient will receive all regimes in a double- blinded fasion.Safety will be evaluated at pre- screening by measuring hourly vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate)for 4 consecutive hours after taking half-dose combination. Any decrease in blood pressure of 20 mmhg below baseline will exclude the subject from the study. Effcacy will be evaluated by questionnaires (IIEF, Quality of erection questionnaire, grade of erection scale, Sear, QVS and Sexual Encounter Profiles for each sexual event). Non-parametric statistical analysis of the collected data Comparing the 3 groups will be performed.

The investigators try to investigate the benefit of early administration (immediately after urethral catheter removal) of sildenafil after nerve-sparing RALP for 3 months. The investigators will compare the potency rates up to 2 years after nerve-sparing RALP in men with on- demand sildenafil 100mg dosing from the early postoperative period (immediately after urethral catheter removal) with from the delayed postoperative period (3 months after RP).

This is a Phase II, randomised, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study to investigate the effects of repeat single oral doses of IPED2015 in otherwise healthy male subjects with ED. Up to 120 subjects are planned to be enrolled into 3 groups. Group 1 is planned to consist of 60 subjects, Group 2 is planned to consist of 36 subjects and Group 3 is planned to consist of 24 subjects. Groups 1, 2 and 3 will be conducted in parallel. Each subject will be dosed on four occasions. There will be three study treatments of dose 1 of IPED2015, dose 2 of IPED2015 or matched placebo. In each group, subjects will be randomised evenly to each of the three study treatments and will receive the same treatment on each visit.

Randomized, experimental, non-inferiority clinical trial to determine the comparative effectiveness and safety of two protocols used in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction (ED) with Low-Density Shock Waves (Li-ESWT), for patients seen at the Boston Medical Group's Bogota center. Protocol 1: Consists of five sessions, one per week, with 3000 pulses at 0,15 mg/mm2, at a frequency of 4 Hz. The distribution of the shocks will be 2000 pulses to the body of the penis and 1000 pulses at its base. Total duration: 5 weeks. Protocol 2: Consists of six sessions, two per week, with 1500 pulses each one at 0.1 mJ/mm2, at a frequency of 4 Hz. The distribution of the shocks will be 900 pulses to the body of the penis and 600 pulses at its base. Total duration: 3 weeks. Outcome variables: Erection Hardness Score (EHS). International Index of Erectile Function, 5-item version (IIEF-5). Penile blood flow. Evaluation at 1, 3 and 6 months after completing each of the Li-ESWT protocols.
