Functional dyspepsia(FD) is most common in functional gastrointestinal disorders whose rick factors include sleep disturbances. The medication treatment for functional dyspepsia with sleep disturbances has disadvantages such as addiction and withdrawal symptoms. Transcutaneous auricular vagal nerve stimulation(taVNS) is a new therapeutic method to improve dyspepsia and sleep. Study on taSNS for FD with sleep disturbances has not yet been explored.

Antidepressants are effective in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD), however, the stigma related with FD and antidepressants could affect treatment adherence and efficacy. Zhi Zhu Kuan Zhong capsules (ZZKZ), a traditional Chinese medicine fomula, showed therapeutic potential for FD. The study was designed to investigate whether ZZKZ could alleviate stigma in FD and obtain identical effects in patients with refractory FD.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of high-dose diphtherapy and bismuth quadruple therapy on H. pylori eradication on intestinal microecology, to clarify the changes in intestinal microbiota diversity and structure before and after the two treatment regimens, and to explore the relationship between different treatment regimens and intestinal microbiota dysbiosis; to further guide the safety and drug resistance of H. pylori eradication by the two treatment regimens. The goal of this placebo controlled randomized double blind interventional study is to assess the effect of palmitoylethanolamide supplementation in patients with functional dyspepsia The main questions it aims to answer are: The efficacy of PEA on functional dyspepsia symptoms measured using the LPDS questionnaire The effect of PEA on duodenal mucosal permeability. Participants will receive an 8-week during treatment with PEA 3x400 mg per day or placebo 3 times per day.
