Revascularization Strategies for STEMI; The CMR Endpoint Study
Acute Myocardial InfarctionRevascularization strategies for ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) study (ASSIST-CMR) will compare the effects of two revascularization strategies [same sitting multivessel primary PCI (SS-PCI) and culprit vessel only primary PCI (IRA-PCI)] on myocardial infarct size (MIS) as determined by cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging in patients presenting with STEMI and multivessel disease (MVD).

Rapid Delivery of Autologous Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cells in Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients....
Acute Myocardial InfarctionThe primary objective of the study is to determine the feasibility and safety of intracoronary administration of autologous bone marrow derived mononuclear cell product in patients at risk for clinically significant cardiac dysfunction following AMI. The secondary objective of the study is to assess the effect on cardiac function and infarct region perfusion. A concurrent placebo control patient group meeting eligibility but not receiving autologous bone marrow derived stem cells will be evaluated similar to the treated group to assess the rate of significant spontaneous improvement in cardiac function.

Transcranial Stimulation (tDCS) and Prism Adaptation in Spatial Neglect Rehabilitation
Spatial NeglectStroke3 moreThe present study aims to compare the relative therapeutic efficacy of prism adaptation therapy combined with real versus sham tDCS. The investigators will test the hypothesis that the magnitude and duration of neglect improvement will be increased when prism therapy is combined with real tDCS compared to sham tDCS. A second objective is to test whether individual differences in baseline clinical or brain imaging measures can predict: 1) neglect severity or 2) inter-individual differences in patients' therapeutic response. A third goal is to use brain imaging to characterize the patterns of neural change induced by the intervention to identify brain structures that mediate therapeutic response.

Comparison of Ticagrelor And Clopidogrel on Inflammatory Biomarkers And Vascular Endothelial Function...
ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial InfarctionTicagrelor inhibits inflammation and improves vascular endothelial cell function to a greater extent than clopidogrel in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) patients receiving percutaneous coronary intervention. Ticagrelor can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory biomarkers both in coronary and in peripheral venous in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).

Edoxaban for TIA and Acute Minor Stroke
IschemiaStroke1 moreTransient ischemic attack (TIA) or minor ischemic stroke has a high risk of early recurrent stroke. As the golden standard, aspirin effect modestly on acute ischemic stroke, and slightly increase the risk of intracerebral hemorrhage. Recently, edoxaban, a new oral anticoagulant, is proved to be as effective as traditional anticoagulants, while carrying significantly less risk of intracranial hemorrhage. This trial is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, controlled clinical trial in China. The investigators will assess the hypothesis that a 30-days edoxaban regimen is superior to aspirin alone for the treatment of high-risk patients with acute nondisabling cerebrovascular event.

Stroke Treatment Associate to Rehabilitation Therapy and Transcranial DC Stimulation
StrokeCerebrovascular Disorders1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether active stimulation of the affected hemisphere will be more effective than simulated current in treatment of stroke

Anti-Restenosis After AMI by Erythropoietin
Acute Myocardial InfarctionThe EPOC-AMI study is to assess the safety and the efficacy of systemic administration of erythropoietin for inhibition of neointimal hyperplasia after stent implantation in the patients with acute myocardial infarction

A Multinational Trial to Evaluate the Longterm Safety of the Parachute Implant System
Heart FailureMyocardial InfarctionThe primary objective is to assess the longterm safety of the CardioKinetix Parachute Implant and Delivery System in the partitioning of the left ventricle in patients with heart failure due to ischemic heart disease.

Etanercept Treating Patient With Acute ST Segment Elevated Myocardial Infarction
Myocardial InfarctionOur aim is to observe whether anti-TNF-alpha regimen will effect serum adiponectin concentration after myocardial infarction/reperfusion and also beneficial for the patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Measuring Electrical Resistance of Different Tissues on the Outer Surface of the Heart
CardiomyopathiesVentricular Dysfunction2 moreThis is a research study to evaluate the electrical properties of heart tissue. The purpose of this study is to determine the impedance (electrical resistance) of different tissues on the outer surface of the heart. This may be important for distinguishing scarred heart muscle from fat that can be seen on the surface of the heart. This information may eventually be utilized in patients that undergo a procedure (called catheter ablation) for the treatment of life-threatening heart rhythms. Investigators expect a detectable difference between the impedance of normal and infarcted myocardium (approximately 50 ohms).
