A Study on the Immune Response and Safety Elicited by a Vaccine Against Respiratory Syncytial Virus...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to assess the immunogenicity, safety and reactogenicity of the RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine when co-administered with the high dose quadrivalent influenza (FLU HD) vaccine in adults aged 65 years and above compared to separate administration of the vaccines.

The Epidemiology , Health and Economic Burden of RSV Amongst Hospitalized Children Under 5 Years...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

RSV has a global healthcare burden and vaccine in the main preventive measure. There are no recent published studies that have evaluated the burden of RSV infections in the Middle East in term of incidence at a national level, complication rates, mortality rates, hospitalizations, secondary infections, or the direct and indirect costs. Most studies have been limited to identifying genotypes or calculating the incidence in selected sites. In order to facilitate the introduction of an effective preventive measure for control of RSV infections, it is essential at a national and regional levels to assess the burden of disease, molecular epidemiology, and economic burden based on direct and indirect costs of RSV infections.

A Dose Finding Study of VN-0200

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

This study will assess the immunogenicity, safety and tolerability of VN-0200 after intramuscular injections in Japanese healthy elderly subjects.

A Phase III Double-blind Study to Assess Safety and Efficacy of an RSV Maternal Unadjuvanted Vaccine,...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of a single dose of the investigational RSV Maternal vaccine, administered intramuscularly (IM) to pregnant women aged 18-49 years, in good general maternal health, in preventing medically assessed RSV associated Lower Respiratory Tract Illnesses (LRTIs) in infants born to vaccinated mothers. The study will also evaluate the safety of the investigational RSV Maternal vaccine both in vaccinated mothers and in their corresponding infant. Following a recommendation from the Independent Data Monitoring Committee of NCT04605159 (RSV MAT 009), GSK made the decision to stop enrolment and vaccination in the study. Ongoing study participants will continue to be monitored as part of the study.

Immunogenicity, Safety, Reactogenicity and Persistence of an Investigational Respiratory Syncytial...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, reactogenicity, immunogenicity and long-term persistence of immune response up to 3 years following a single dose vaccination of GSK's investigational vaccine RSVPreF3 OA, in adults aged 60 years and above. The study will also evaluate the immunogenicity, safety and reactogenicity of additional vaccine doses given according to different revaccination schedules.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The aim of the study is to investigate the safety and immunogenicity of the RSV/Flu-01E vaccine for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus infection in volunteers aged18 to 59 years and over 60 years.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The purpose of this study is to assess the ability of RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine to generate an immune response when given in combination with PCV20 and its safety in older adults, aged ≥60 years of age.

A Study on the Immune Response and Safety of a Vaccine Against Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

The aim of this study is to assess the immunogenicity, safety and reactogenicity of the RSV PreFusion protein 3 older adult (RSVPreF3 OA) investigational vaccine when co-administered with an adjuvanted quadrivalent influenza (FLU aQIV) vaccine, in adults aged 65 years of age (YOA).

Efficacy and Safety of Clesrovimab (MK-1654) in Infants (MK-1654-004)

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection

The primary objectives of this phase 2b/3 double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study are to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clesrovimab in healthy pre-term and full-term infants. It is hypothesized that clesrovimab will reduce the incidence of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)-associated medically attended lower respiratory infection (MALRI) from Days 1 through 150 postdose compared to placebo.

Efficacy Study of GSK's Investigational Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccine in Adults Aged...

Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infections

This study will evaluate the efficacy of the RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine in preventing Lower Respiratory Tract Disease (LRTD) caused by RSV in adults ≥60 years of age following a single dose of the RSVPreF3 OA vaccine and following annual revaccination doses in Northern Hemisphere (NH) and in Southern Hemisphere (SH). This study will also assess if the vaccine is safe and induces an immune response.
