Embryo Transfer Outcomes After Vitrification With Slush Nitrogen Compared to Liquid Nitrogen
InfertilityThe proposed study is a single-blind randomized controlled trial which seeks to characterize implantation rates following embryo vitrification and subsequent warming with both slush nitrogen and liquid nitrogen. After warming, implantation rates and pregnancy outcomes will be assessed.
Psychological Impact of COVID19 Among Women Undergoing Infertility Treatment
Infertility TreatmentWomenIn France, one couple in eight encounters difficulties to conceive. The diagnosis of infertility frequently leads to symptoms of anxiety and depression. These symptoms appear to be higher than in the general population. Some recent studies have looked at the relationship between anxiety and depression in ART cares. Results are controversial, but it appears that patients with lower levels of anxiety and depression have higher pregnancy rates. Moreover, in couple, women seem to have more symptoms of anxiety and depression than men. First epidemiological studies related to the COVID 19 pandemic have shown strong psychological impact on the general population with an anxiety rate estimated at more than 30%. With COVID 19 pandemic and cessation of ART, it is highly likely that psychic symptoms of anxiety or even depression may have appeared or worsened in women undergoing infertility treatment.

Pathway Taking Into Account PeriConceptional Environment for Infertile Couple
InfertilityInfertility is defined as the inability to conceive after 12 months of unprotected intercourse, It affects approximately one in six couples pregnancy. Many lifestyle factors of the couple's pre and peri-conceptional environment (weight, diet, alcohol, tobacco, coffee, drugs, exercise, stress, sleep, pollution...) are risk factors for infertility. Weight gain, in both members of the couple, is associated with an increased risk of Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART) failure and adverse pregnancy outcome, while healthy lifestyle makes the risk of infertility three times less likely to happen. Idiopathic infertility may greatly benefit from lifestyle factors optimization.

Regulation of Stem Spermatogonia in the Mature Testis
Male InfertilityInvestigative trial to evaluate the role of a glial cell lined derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) in regulation of spermatogonial renewal and testicular function. Goal of the trial is to provide greater information on the mechanisms that effect stem spermatogonial maintenance renewal and proliferation in its relation to male infertility.
To Study The Influence Of Genomic Factors On Metabolism And Effects Of Clomiphene In Asian Normogonadotrophic...
InfertilityFemaleThe purpose of this study is to match the genetic component and clinical attributes of anovulatory patients with response to clomiphene treatment. By improving our understanding on patient-specific clomiphene response will allow optimization of treatment, reduction of side-effects and shorten the time-to-pregnancy.
