Study of the Immunogenicity and Safety of a Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine (VAX2012Q) in Adults...
InfluenzaThis is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, active comparator controlled study in which up to 450 healthy adults age 18-64 years will be administered either one of two dose levels of VAX2012Q or a licensed quadrivalent influenza vaccine. The subjects will be randomized at a 1:1:1 ratio.
High-Dose Influenza Vaccine in Nursing Homes
InfluenzaThe purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate relative effectiveness of high dose influenza vaccine in preventing influenza mortality, hospitalization, and functional decline in a nursing home population in the U.S., compared to the standard dose trivalent seasonal influenza vaccine.
Clinical Tolerance to a Live Attenuated Vaccine Against Influenza (Flumist®) in a Population Allergic...
Egg AllergyThe objective of this study is to verify the clinical tolerance to the vaccine Flumist (intranasal live attenuated influenza vaccine) in a population of egg allergic children. More specifically, the investigators want to estimate the risk of severe allergic reaction arising within 24 hours following the vaccination of egg allergic with Flumist.
Phase 1 Safety Study of Recombinant Influenza Vaccine for Prevention
InfluenzaOne dose of escalating strengths of an investigational influenza vaccine VAX2012Q (Quadrivalent Recombinant Hemagglutinin Seasonal Influenza Vaccine) will be evaluated for tolerability and immunogenicity in healthy adults 18-40 years of age.

InfluenzaVaccination Adverse EventTo monitor the safety of Beijing Tiantan Biological's influenza vaccine in elderly through Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System of China. The hypothesis is that there is no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse events among influenza vaccines manufactured by independent companies.
Self-Administered Nasal Influenza Feasibility Study
InfluenzaThe purpose of this prospective, open-label clinical trial is to evaluate the immunogenicity of self-administered (SA) live, attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) in comparison with healthcare worker administered (HCWA) LAIV and to evaluate the feasibility of group self-administration of LAIV.
