Development of a new MS-based biomarker for the early and sensitive diagnosis of Pompe disease from blood (plasma)

The first purpose of this study is to find out the clinical benefit and risk of oral aspirin for unruptured intracranial aneurysm (small than 7mm) combined with cerebral ischemia in patients in the real world. The second purpose of this study is to get the prediction model of aneurysm's rupture in patients who has unruptured intracranial aneurysm (small than 7mm) combined with cerebral ischemia , and find out who is suitable for oral aspirin.

This is a prospective observational registry with intent to detect the prevalence of intracranial aneurysms with contrast-enhanced MR angiography (CE-MRA) at 1.5T, and to determine the risk factors such as high blood pressure and cigarette smoking relating to intracranial aneurysms.

This prospective single-center cohort study aims to identify the incidence of cognitive dysfunction after unruptured aneurysm operation and explore the influencing factors. The primary end point is the cognitive dysfunction at 6 months after operation.The features of cognitive function, mental status, neurological function recovery, and quality of life of patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms at different time points would be analyzed.

This is a registry study on a multidimensional prediction model for rupture risk of unruptured intracranial aneurysms in China.

Recently, the occurrence and potential impact of pituitary dysfunction after aSAH has gained increasing interest. Several studies have demonstrated pituitary dysfunction after SAH suggesting that pituitary dysfunction may be a contributing factor for residual symptoms after SAH. This is an observational multicentric study aimed to test the prevalence of thyroid abnormalities, other neuroendocrinological dysfunction and their influence on outcome of patients affected by aSAH.

Patients with intracerebral aneurysm will be screened for sleep apnea using out of center polysomnography/polygraphy. Baseline blood pressure and medication will be assessed. Patients will be followed for up to 5 years to examine the increase in aneurysm size, rupture rate and changes in medication.
