The Cardiac Stress and Electrocardiographic Changes Caused by Lung Cancer Surgery
Lung CancerSurgery2 moreLung cancer surgery causes significant changes in the small circulation as well as changes in the intrathoracic anatomy. The effects of lung cancer surgery on electrocardiography and the cardiac stress associated with the procedures have not been previously extensively studied. The aim of the present study is to ascertain whether modern mini-invasive lung cancer surgery causes changes in the electrocardiogram, and whether these changes are transitory during short-term follow-up. Furthermore, the study aims to describe whether lung cancer surgery causes significant cardiac stress detectable by intraoperative electrocardiography.
Drug-Coated Balloon vs. Drug-Eluting Stent for Clinical Outcomes in Patients With Large Coronary...
Coronary Artery DiseaseMyocardial Ischemia3 moreProspective, randomised, open-label, international multicenter trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug-coated balloon (DCB) treatment compared to drug-eluting stenting (DES) in patients with large coronary artery disease.
Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of Sovateltide in Patients With Acute Cerebral Ischemic...
Acute Cerebral IschemiaThis is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel, phase IV study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of sovateltide (PMZ-1620, IRL-1620) as a potential treatment for cerebral ischemic stroke.
Effects of Remote Ischemic Preconditioning on Components of Peripheral Blood (EMINENT)
Ischemic PreconditioningThe aim of this study is to investigate the effects of remote ischaemic preconditioning on the peripheral blood characteristics of healthy adults and to explore the possible mechanisms for improving ischaemia/reperfusion injury and its protective effects on the cardiovascular system.

Remote Ischemic ConditioningThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of remote ischemic conditioning on cerebral hemodynamics in patients after intravenous thrombolysis
Effect of Body Position on Hemodynamics in Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke Undergoing Ultra-early...
Acute Ischemic StrokeThe aim of this study was to determine the differences in hemodynamics between different positions in patients undergoing ultra-early reperfusion therapy.
Clinical Trial of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells (IxCell hUC-MSC-S) in the Treatment...
Ischemic StrokeTo evaluate the safety and tolerability of IxCellhUC-MSC-S as a single intravenous infusion in convalescent patients with ischemic stroke. To explore the efficacy of IxCellhUC-MSC-S as a single intravenous infusion in patients with convalescent ischemic stroke.
Allogeneic iPSC-derived Cardiomyocyte Therapy in Patients With Worsening Ischemic Heart Failure...
Ischemic Heart FailureChronic Heart FailureThis study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of allogeneic induced pluripotent cell derived cardiomyocytes (iPSC-CMs) in treating patients with worsening ischemic heart failure undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery. After screening, iPSC-CMs will be administrated intramyocardially in consented and eligible patients undergoing open-chest CABG surgery and the estimated population size for the study will be 32 patients.
4D CT Scan Versus 3D CT Scan Concerning Cardiac Dosimetry Assesment for Left Sided Breast Cancers...
Breast CancerRadiation-Induced Vascular Disease5 moreTo establish if the cardiac radiation dose assesment is well aproximated with routine 3D CT scan compared to 4D CT experimental scan with respiratory gating (breath motion monitoring). The study population relates to left side breast cancers female patients that require a radiation therapy treatment.
A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of BIIB131 for Participants With Ischemic Stroke Between...
Ischemic StrokeThe primary objective of the study is to evaluate the effects of BIIB131 on arterial revascularization (Part 1) and to determine if BIIB131 improves functional outcome as measured by the Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) when compared with placebo following acute ischemic stroke (AIS) (Part 2). The secondary objectives are to evaluate the effects of BIIB131 on angiographic reperfusion and infarct evolution, to determine if BIIB131 improves functional outcome, pharmacokinetic profile of BIIB131 (Part 1); to evaluate the effects of BIIB131 on acute and 90-day clinical outcomes (Part 2).
