Study Whose Purpose is to Find an Optimal Dose for the Treatment With AK 3012 in Patients With Actinic...
Actinic Keratosis Olsen Grade I/IIIn this three-armed dose-finding trial 3 AK 3012 topical formulations shall be investigated with respect to safety and efficacy in order to identify the optimal concentration in the topical formulation. The main objective of the trial is to determine the optimal concentration of the active agent in the topical formulation as quantified by the change of the number of skin alterations in pre-defined areas in a time period from inclusion in the trial until the end of treatment (3 months) or prior complete healing.
Clinical Study to Evaluate the Bioequivalence of Two Imiquimod Cream 3.75% Formulations in Patients...
Actinic KeratosisThe objective of this study is to compare the relative efficacy and safety of the test formulation Imiquimod 3.75% Topical Cream to the marketed formulation Zyclara® (imiquimod) 3.75% Topical Cream in the treatment of actinic keratosis. Both the test and reference formulations will also be compared to a placebo cream to test for superiority.

Seborrheic Keratosis (SK)Evaluate the safety, tolerability of A-101 when applied to seborrheic keratosis lesions on the back of subjects.
Ph 1, Single-Center, Safety, Tolerability & Pharmacokinetic Study of KX2 391 Ointment in Subj. w...
Actinic KeratosisThis is a phase 1 study to access the safety and tolerability of KX2-391 ointment in subjects who have Actinic Keratosis. This study will also access the amount of KX2-391 drug that enters the blood stream through dermal application of the ointment.
Clinical Study Assessment of SR-T100 Topical Gel Against Actinic Keratosis
Actinic KeratosisBowen's DiseaseTo evaluate the efficacy of SR-T100 gel by observing the lesion size (length x width x height) of human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma in situ (Actinic Keratosis and Bowen's Disease) reduced at least 75%.
Phase 3b Study of Metvix NDL-PDT Versus Metvix c-PDT in Subjects With Actinic Keratoses
Actinic KeratosesThis study was to be conducted as a multi-centre, randomized, investigator-blinded, active and vehicle-controlled, intra-individual (split-face/scalp) non-inferiority (regarding efficacy) and superiority (regarding pain) study. The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate the non-inferiority of NDL-PDT compared to c-PDT in terms of lesion complete response rate.

Seborrheic KeratosisThis study is primarily designed to investigate whether treatment, once daily for up to three consecutive days, with PEP005 (ingenol mebutate) Gel, 0.05% will be safe and tolerable in patients with Seborrhoeic Keratosis on non-head locations. The secondary endpoint is to investigate the efficacy of PEP005 Gel, 0.05% when administered for up to three consecutive days to Seborrhoeic Keratosis on non-head locations.
