(3D) Ultrasound Imaging Liver and Kidney
Liver CancerKidney CancerThis study is to assess the addition of 3D ultrasound guidance during standard care ablation or biopsies of liver or kidney tumours. 3D ultrasound only differs from conventional 2D ultrasound in that the ultrasound transducer is mounted on a special assembly that moves the transducer in precise, stepped movements while a succession of 2D images are collected by the computer. Special software written specifically for 3D ultrasound precisely aligns these 2D images into a 3-demensional volume , allowing area in question to be viewed in many different planes. 3D ultrasound is a safe, fast, non-invasive imaging procedure. Ultrasound images will be checked against the pre- and post- procedure CT images to make sure the tumours were completely removed or properly targeted during biopsy.
Observational Basket Trial to Collect Tissue to Train and Validate a Live Tumor Diagnostic Platform...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerMelanoma5 moreThe primary objective of this study is to determine the ex-vivo prognostic accuracy of the Cybrid live tumor diagnostic platform across a basket of solid tumors, using in-vivo RECIST 1.1 as the reference method.
Partial Nephrectomy in Low Pressure
Kidney Tumors Treated With Minimally Invasive SurgeryThe main objective is to prospectively assess the impact of low insufflation pressure using AirSeal system (7mm Hg) during RAPN on post-operative patient pain (main location and intensity), 24 hours after surgery. The study will be conducted among 15 centers of the French research network on kidney cancer UroCCR.
Prospective Validation of the Prognostic Value of Long Non-coding MFI2-AS1 RNA in Localized Clear...
Kidney CancerAn exploratory analysis of the expression of MFI2-AS1 will be performed at the plasma level with the objective of comparing this expression with tumor tissue. The objective would be to be able to use long non-coding RNA as a biomarker for diagnosis before tissue analysis and for patient follow-up. In addition, correlations will be made between tumor expression of MFI2-AS1 and genetic and immune alterations in tumors in order to better clarify the link between the expression of this long non-coding RNA and the characteristics of the tumor and of the tumor. tumor microenvironment.
Ascertainment of Families for Genetic Studies of Familial Lymphoproliferative Disorders
LymphomaLeukemia3 moreThe purpose of this study is to better understand the genetic causes of Hodgkin's disease (a kind of lymphoma) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as multiple myeloma, leukemia, and related diseases. The doctors have identified the patient because 1) they have had a lymphoproliferative disorder such as lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma, and have a family member with one of these disorders or 2) they are a member of a family with a lymphoproliferative disorder, including Hodgkin's disease and/or, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or a second cancer after Hodgkin's disease.
BIOREN (Predictive BIOmarkers in Metastatic RENal Cancer)
Renal Cancer MetastaticThe BIOREN project aims are to characterize the genetic background of renal cell carcinomas and their immune environment, to try and identify biomarkers of response and to better understand the mechanisms of resistance to nivolumab in renal cancer.
Volume 3D_US Kidney
Chronic Kidney DiseasesRenal TumorThe purpose of this study is to measure the volume of the kidney and tumors using 3D-US acquisition and to correlate these measurements to contrast-enhanced CT or MRI.
Disease Burden and Biology Using Tumor Cell Free DNA in Metastatic Kidney Cancer
Renal Cell CarcinomaThis study will assess whether DNA released by kidney cancer into the blood stream and urine of patients can be used to monitor tumor burden and tumor response to treatment in patients receiving immunotherapy
Biomarkers of Renal Cancer
Renal Cell CarcinomaTumor3 moreThe aim of the present study is the identification, in liquid biopsies, of a new molecular panel able to discriminate renal cancer patients from controls, to discriminate patients with a malignant lesion from those with a benign mass, to determine aggressiveness of RCC, and to differentiate the most common histological subtypes of RCC (clear cell, papillary 1, papillary 2, and chromophobe). This new molecular panel will be combined with clinical parameters to provide a screening test and to improve the accuracy and specificity of diagnosis, prognosis, and histological classification of renal cancer.
