IVUS Guidance to Reduce Contrast in Coronary Angioplasty
Contrast Media ReactionAcute Renal FailureThis study tests the hypothesis that ultrasound-guided PCI reduces contrast volume during the procedure.
Quantitative Mass Transfer of SFP-iron From Dialysate to Blood in CKD-HD Patients
Kidney FailureThe purpose of this study is to determine the quantity of iron derived from SFP that is transferred from the dialysate to patients during a single dialysis session. The effects of various conditions which may affect the transfer of iron such as blood and dialysate flow rate, changes in bicarbonate delivery, dialyzer membrane type and the effect of reuse will also be investigated. The absorption and removal of iron from the blood will also be investigated.
A Phase IIIb Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Gemigliptin in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus...
Type 2 DM Patients With Moderate or Severe Renal ImpairmentTherapuetic options are limited for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) pateints with renal impairment. This clinical study is to asses safety and efficacy of the DPP-4 inhibitor gemigliptin in patients with type 2 DM and moderate or severe renal impairment for long-term peirod (52 weeks).
Pharmacokinetics, Safety and Tolerability of Oral Semaglutide in Subjects With Various Degrees of...
DiabetesDiabetes Mellitus2 moreThis trial is conducted in Europe. The aim of the trial is to investigate the pharmacokinetics (the exposure of the trial drug in the body), safety and tolerability of oral semaglutide in subjects with various degrees of impaired renal function compared to subjects with normal renal function.
A Long-Term Safety Extension Trial of Ferric Citrate in Patients With End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)...
End Stage Renal DiseaseKidney Failure3 moreA long-term safety study of ferric citrate (KRX-0502) in renal failure patients who have completed study KRX-0502-304. Only patients who participated in the KRX-0502-304 trial may participate in this trial.
Drug-Eluting Balloon in Arteriovenous Graft
Kidney FailureChronic2 moreThe investigators' study aims is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) with paclitaxel-coated balloon (PCB) at venous anastomotic stenosis of arteriovenous graft (AVG) in patients with hemodialysis
Safety and Pharmacokinetics of MK-2060 in Older Participants With End-Stage Renal Disease on Hemodialysis...
Renal DialysisKidney Failure1 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of MK-2060 after intravenous (IV) administration of single and multiple doses in older adult participants with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) on hemodialysis (HD).
A Study to Evaluate the Effects of Renal Impairment on the Pharmacokinetics of ELX-02
Impaired Renal FunctionPhase 1 - Pharmacokinetics in Patients with Impaired Renal Function
Effect of Vitamin D3 Supplementation on Arterial and Bone Remodeling in Chronic Kidney Disease Patients...
Renal InsufficiencyChronic3 moreTo evaluate in patients with chronic kidney disease the impact of two dosages of per os vitamin D3 supplementation (cholecalciferol) on large arterial stiffness (evaluated non invasively by pulse wave velocity and high-resolution echotracking system). We will also study arterial calcification (lateral abdominal radiography and echocardiogram), arterial remodeling (high-resolution echotracking system), endothelial function (evaluated by a non-invasive finger biosensor device), and bone remodeling (evaluated by serum biomarkers and bone mineral density).
Evaluation of Effect of Renal Impairment on the PK of Tenofovir Exalidex
Renal ImpairmentThis is a Phase 1 study to investigate the effects of Renal Impairment on the pharmacokinetics of Tenofovir exalidex
