Patients were undergone selective coronary angiography from radial artery approach by an expert interventional cardiologist. ABI were measured for all patients. ABI ratio was compared with the results of coronary angiography for patients who underwent coronary angiography to measure specificity and sensitivity.

But its accuracy is not verified. This is a multi-center and prospective study to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of CFD-based RuiXin-FFR compared with wire-based FFR.

Objectives: To assess the diagnostic accuracy and yield of pre-TAVI CTA to detect coronary lesions (≥50% DS and ≥70% DS) in the proximal coronary segments on a per-patient and a per-segment level. Methods: The DEPICT CTA database consists of individual patient data of four studies that analysed the diagnostic accuracy of pre-TAVI CTA to detect coronary lesions. For this analysis, diagnostic accuracy was assessed in the left main and the three proximal coronary segments.

Myocardial Perfusion Imaging by Combined 15O-H2O PET and MR
Ischemic Heart DiseaseThe trial will include 75 patients with evident or suspected ischemic heart disease refered to Department of Nuclear Medicine & PET Centre, Aarhus University Hospital, for perfusion imaging by 15O-H2O PET/CT scan of the heart during rest and stress. Instead of the clinical scan participants will undergo perfusion imaging by 15O-H2O PET/MR. The clinician will receive diagnostic information based on the 15O-H2O PET scan as if the patient had not participated in the study. As such, the study has no influence on the diagnostics or treatments of the patient. Data from the scans will be used to compare 15O-H2O PET with cardiac MR for evaluation of myocardial perfusion. Follow up will be done for up to 10 years in regards to major cardiovascular events in order to determine the prognostic value of the scan.

MCG as a Noninvasive Diagnostic Strategy for Suspected Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction
Coronary Microvascular DysfunctionIschemic Non-Obstructive Coronary Artery DiseaseAccording to the Women's Ischemic Syndrome Evaluation database, there are approximately 3 to 4 million women and men who present with signs and symptoms that are suggestive of myocardial ischemia, however they have no obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA). INOCA is defined as patients presenting with signs or symptoms of ischemia but no obstructive artery disease. Women are more likely than men to die from cardiovascular disease and more likely to present with no obstructive coronary artery disease. Patients who present with signs and symptoms suggestive of INOCA/MINOCA are also presenting with Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction (CMD). Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction is a dysfunction in the epicardial and/or microvascular endothelial and/or nonendothelial that limits myocardial perfusion. Today, there is no routinely offered/available noninvasive test that is used for the diagnosis of CMD, significantly hindering the ability to identify the disease in the standard of care. Magenetocardiography (MCG) has the opportunity to use its noninvasive imaging techniques to provide early management of CMD. Magnetocardiography (MCG) is a noninvasive imaging modality that has been extensively studied, over the past several decades, as a diagnostic imaging solution for various forms of cardiovascular disease. MCG measures the magnetic field that arises from the electrical activity of the heart's pacemaker activity, the very same activity which yield surface electric field potentials as measured by the electrocardiogram. Since MCG is a functional assessor of repolarization heterogeneity, it is hypothesized that MCG may be a useful frontline diagnostic to identify CMD in patients who would otherwise have normal coronary CT angiograms and/or stress tests. The proposed study intends to study the diagnostic accuracy of MCG in this population, with the goal of providing early and noninvasive insights for management of CMD. There will be a 12-month duration of the study where the investigators propose to collect MCG scans from approximately 150 patients who present to the Genetesis facility for a 15-minute CardioFlux scan appointment.

Characterization of Epicardial and Pericardial Adipose Tissue in Coronary Artery Disease

This study aims to characterize the expression profile and function of the epicardial and pericardial adipose tissue compartments of the heart (EAT and PAT). EAT and PAT adipose biopsies will be obtained from patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) or valve replacement surgery.
