Peptide Vaccination in Combination With Azacitidine for Patients With MDS and AML
Myelodysplastic SyndromeAcute Myeloid LeukemiaThe purpose of this phase I study is to investigate the combination of hypomethylating agents with experimental peptide vaccination against four selected tumor antigens, known to be upregulated in response to hypomethylating agents, in patients with high risk myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia.
Study of Orally Administered AG-881 in Patients With Advanced Hematologic Malignancies With an IDH1...
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)Myelodysplastic Syndrome1 moreThe purpose of this Phase I, multicenter study is to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and clinical activity of AG-881 in advanced hematologic malignancies that harbor an IDH1 and/or IDH2 mutation
Decitabine and Cytarabine in Treating Older Patients With Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia,...
Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia-2Myelodysplastic Syndrome2 moreThis clinical trial studies decitabine and cytarabine in treating older patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome that is likely to come back or spread to other places in the body, or myeloproliferative neoplasm. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as decitabine and cytarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving decitabine and cytarabine may work better than standard therapies in treating cancers of the bone marrow and blood cells, such as acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or myeloproliferative neoplasm.
A Trial to Find and Investigate a Safe Dose of BI 836858 in Combination With Decitabine for Patients...
LeukemiaMyeloid1 morePhase I Dose Escalation: Primary objective is to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and the recommended dose for Phase I Extension. Secondary objective is to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of BI 836858 in combination with decitabine Phase I Extension: Primary objective is to collect additional data on safety, pharmacokinetics and efficacy and to define the Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D) of BI 836858 in combination with decitabine. Phase II: Primary objective is to investigate efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of BI 836858 in combination with decitabine compared to decitabine monotherapy.
A Safety and Tolerability Study of Crenolanib in Combination With Chemotherapy in Newly Diagnosed...
Newly Diagnosed AML With FLT3 Activating MutationsThis pilot study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of oral crenolanib besylate given sequentially during standard induction and consolidation chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed AML with FLT3 activating mutations.
10-day Decitabine, Fludarabine and 2 Gray TBI as Conditioning Strategy for Poor and Very Poor Risk...
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)This study examines whether the addition of decitabine to the standard Flu/TBI conditioning regimen prior to allogeneic stem cell transplantation in poor and very poor risk AML patients, reduces the risk of recurrence of the disease. Because decitabine has hardly any side effects, it will likely have little impact on the occurrence of Graft Versus Host Disease. The investigators are looking for a pre-treatment for transplantation which reduces the chance of recurrence of the disease without involving severe damage to normal tissues.
High Throughput Drug Sensitivity Assay and Genomics- Guided Treatment of Patients With Relapsed...
Recurrent Acute Leukemia of Ambiguous LineageRecurrent Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia4 moreThis pilot clinical trial studies the feasibility of choosing treatment based on a high throughput ex vivo drug sensitivity assay in combination with mutation analysis for patients with acute leukemia that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). A high throughput screening assay tests many different drugs individually or in combination that kill leukemia cells in tiny chambers at the same time. High throughput drug sensitivity assay and mutation analysis may help guide the choice most effective for an individual's acute leukemia.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaDouble-Blind Placebo-Controlled Randomized Phase 2 Study evaluating the efficacy of lirilumab (IPH2102/BMS-986015) as Maintenance Treatment administered in elderly patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in first complete remission
Phase III Study of CPX-351 Versus 7+3 in Patients 60-75 Years Old With Untreated High Risk (Secondary)...
High Risk Acute Myeloid LeukemiaTo confirm the efficacy of CPX-351 compared to 7+3 as first line therapy in elderly patients (60-75 yrs) with high risk (secondary) Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The primary efficacy endpoint will be overall survival.
Bortezomib and Doxil for the Treatment of Patients With Acute Myelogenous Leukemia
Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaThe purpose of this study is to determine whether bortezomib in combination with doxil/lipodox is effective in the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
