Bendamustine Hydrochloride, Etoposide, Dexamethasone, and Filgrastim For Peripheral Blood Stem Cell...

Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma27 more

This phase II trial is studying how well giving bendamustine hydrochloride, etoposide, dexamethasone, and filgrastim together for peripheral stem cell mobilization works in treating patients with refractory or recurrent lymphoma or multiple myeloma. Giving chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, etoposide, and dexamethasone, before a peripheral stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as filgrastim, and certain chemotherapy drugs helps stem cells move from the bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored

A Study of the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of Escalating Doses of DCDT2980S in Patients With Relapsed...

Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

This is a Phase I, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study of DCDT2980S administered by intravenous (IV) infusion to patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies. In addition, at selected sites, DCDT2980S will be studied in combination with rituximab.

Reduced Intensity Total Body Irradiation + Thymoglobulin Followed by Allogeneic PBSCT

Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaLeukemia6 more

One of two different doses of thymoglobulin will allow bone marrow engraftment with minimal Graft-versus-Host Disease and allow adequate immune response to allow the transplanted stem cells to replace the tumor cells.

A Phase I/II Study of GX15-070MS in Untreated CLL

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

This protocol is being run to determine the best phase II dose and schedule of obatoclax in patients with previously untreated CLL.

High-dose HMG-CoA Inhibitor Simvastatin Relapsed CLL

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

The primary aim of this trial is to generate a preliminary analysis of this novel therapeutic approach and laboratory studies for patients with recurrent or refractory CLL. Further, this pilot trial will demonstrate the feasibility of the translational science methods proposed for this new collaboration of investigators. The investigators hypothesize that patients with relapsed CLL are recruitable to this study, that the methods for measuring simvastatin concentration and target protein translation are feasible, and that the investigators can efficiently apply the laboratory research methods to patient blood samples before and after patients have taken the study medication.

Banking of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Tumor Cells for Vaccine Generation

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

The purpose of this research study is to collect, freeze and store leukemia cells from the blood or bone marrow of patients that have advanced chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that is not in clinical remission. This study is a companion study to DF/HCC clinical trial 06-196 in which the participants' own CLL cells may form part of a vaccine treatment for their leukemia.

Monoclonal Antibody Therapy and Peripheral Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Non-Hodgkin's...

Contiguous Stage II Adult Diffuse Large Cell LymphomaContiguous Stage II Adult Diffuse Small Cleaved Cell Lymphoma48 more

This phase I trial is studying how well monoclonal antibody therapy with peripheral stem cell transplant works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Peripheral stem cell transplant may allow the doctor to give higher doses of monoclonal antibodies and kill more cancer cells

Chlorambucil + Lenalidomide and Lenalidomide Maintenance in Untreated Elderly With Chronic Lymphocytic...

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

This is a phase I multicenter, open label study in previously untreated and elderly patients (> 60 years) with CLL: a non-comparative phase aimed at defining the MTD of lenalidomide given in combination with chlorambucil and the efficacy and safety of the lenalidomide and chlorambucil combination.

A Study to Evaluate the Treatment of Previously Untreated B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (B-CLL)...

B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

This is a multi-center, open-label, single arm Phase 1/2 study evaluating the feasibility, safety, and tolerability of a series of 16 immunizations of Id-KLH with GM-CSF in patients with previously untreated B-CLL. The length of the controlled portion of the study is two years. The study will be conducted at investigative sites in the United States.

Lenalidomide as Immune Adjuvant in Patient's With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

Hematologic Disorder

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if lenalidomide can increase the level of immunoglobulins (parts of the blood that may help to improve the immune system's function) and/or will improve the protective effect of the flu and pneumonia vaccines in patients with CLL.
