PSB202 in Patients With Previously Treated-, Relapsed-, Indolent B-Cell Malignancies

Follicular LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma6 more

Product: PSB202 is a novel biological entity consisting of two engineered monoclonal antibodies, an Fc-enhanced humanized type II anti-CD20 IgG1 (PSB102) and a humanized anti-CD37 IgG1 (PSB107), that target B-cells. PSB202 is manufactured to work as a single product with the two components of PSB202 enabling a distinct dual target-specific antibody directed cell killing of B-cells. Study: Multi-center-, International Phase 1a/1b (Escalation/Expansion) study in patients with indolent-, relapsed-, B-cell malignancies. The Phase 1a (Dose Escalation) part of study follows a 3+3 design.

Human AntiCD19 Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells for Relapsed or Refractory Lymphoid Malignancies...

Non Hodgkin LymphomaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia1 more

The purpose of this study is to determine if it is possible to treat relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies (Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia) with a new type of T cell-based immunotherapy (therapy that uses the immune system to treat the cancer).

HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation With Post-Transplantation Cyclophosphamide...

Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Myelogenous Leukemia6 more

This is a prospective, multi-center, Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated donors (MMUD) for peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adults and bone marrow stem cell transplant in children. Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) will be used for for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis. This trial will study how well this treatment works in patients with hematologic malignancies.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia15 more

A Phase 1 first-in-human dose-escalation and dose-expansion study of BMF-219, an oral covalent menin inhibitor, in adult patients with AML, ALL (with KMT2A/ MLL1r, NPM1 mutations), DLBCL, MM, and CLL/SLL.

The Combination of Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab in People With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)...

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

This study will help researchers collect more information about how effective the combination of venetoclax and obinutuzumab is in treating CLL in people who have not received a previous treatment for their cancer.

Zanubrutinib and Rituximab for the Treatment of Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia...

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

This phase II trial studies how well zanubrutinib and rituximab work in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The study is being done to find out if zanubrutinib combined with rituximab can help control previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.

LeukemiaLymphoma6 more

This is a single arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CD19-targeted CAR-T cells therapy for patients with relapsed/refractory CD19+ B Cell Leukemia and Lymphoma.

Letermovir for the Prevention of Cytomegalovirus Reactivation in Patients With Hematological Malignancies...

B-Cell Prolymphocytic LeukemiaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia4 more

This phase II trial studies how well letermovir works for the prevention of cytomegalovirus reactivation in patients with hematological malignancies treated with alemtuzumab. Patients receiving treatment with alemtuzumab may experience cytomegalovirus reactivation. Letermovir may block cytomegalovirus replication and prevent infection.

A Study of Nemtabrutinib vs Chemoimmunotherapy for Participants With Previously Untreated Chronic...

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic Leukemia

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nemtabrutinib compared to investigator's choice of fludarabine plus cyclophosphamide plus rituximab (FCR) or bendamustine plus rituximab (BR) in participants with previously untreated CLL/SLL without 17p deletion and/or tumor protein (TP) 53 mutation. The primary hypothesis is that nemtabrutinib is superior to FCR/BR with respect to progression-free survival (PFS).

Pirtobrutinib and Venetoclax Combined With Minimal Residual Disease Detection for Previously Untreated...

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic Lymphoma

This phase II trial studies how well pirtobrutinib and venetoclax work in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. This study also seeks to adopt a blood test which shows a small number of cancer cells in the body after cancer treatment called minimal residual disease as a guide to determine length of treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Identifying minimal residual disease results after combination chemotherapy may help guide future treatment decisions for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
