This study investigates whether donors with previous exposure to COVID-19 can pass their immunity by hematopoietic (blood) stem cell transplant (HCT) donation to patients that have not been exposed. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the virus that causes the COVID19 infection. This study may provide critical information for medical decision-making and possible immunotherapy interventions in immunocompromised transplant recipients, who are at high risk for COVID19 severe illness.

This is a Phase 1, non-randomized, open-label, dose-escalation and expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary clinical antitumor activity of XL114 administered alone orally to subjects with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). The objectives of the study also include determining the recommended dose (RD) and/or maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of XL114.

Background: -Cluster of differentiation 19 (CD19) and cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20) are often found on certain cancer cells. Researchers think that a person's T cells can be modified in a lab to kill cells that have CD19 and CD20 on the surface. Objective: -To see if it is safe to give anti-CD19 and anti-CD20 CAR T cells to people with a B cell cancer or Hodgkin lymphoma. Eligibility: -People ages 18 and older with a B cell cancer or Hodgkin lymphoma that has not been controlled with standard therapies Design: Participants will be screened under protocol 01C0129 with: Medical history Physical exam Blood and heart tests Bone marrow biopsy: A needle is inserted into the participant's hip bone to remove a small amount of marrow. Scans Participants will have apheresis: Blood will be removed through a vein. The blood with circulate through a machine that removes the T cells. The rest of the blood will be returned to the participant. Once a day for 3 days before they get the T cells, participants will receive chemotherapy through a vein. Participants will receive the T cells through a vein. They will stay in the hospital for at least 9 days. Participants may have a lumbar puncture: A needle will remove fluid from the spinal cord. Participants may have a tumor biopsy. Participants will repeat the screening tests throughout the study. Participants will have follow-up visits 2 weeks after infusion; monthly for 4 months; at 6, 9, and 12 months; every 6 months for 3 years; and then annually for 5 years. Participants will then be contacted annually for 15 years.

Relapsed/Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Relapsed/Refractory Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of brexucabtagene autoleucel (KTE-X19) in adults with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (r/r CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (r/r SLL) who have received at least 2 prior lines of treatment, one of which must include a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. After the end of KTE-C19-108, participants who received an infusion of brexucabtagene autoleucel will complete the remainder of the 15-year follow-up assessments in a separate Long-term Follow-up study, KT-US-982-5968.

This multi-center, randomized study compared the efficacy and safety of MabThera (rituximab) in combination with either fludarabine and cyclophosphamide or with chlorambucil in participants with previously untreated B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia and unfavorable somatic status. Participants were randomized to receive Mabthera (375 mg/m2 intravenously [IV] Day 1 of Cycle 1, 500 mg/m2 IV Day 1 Cycles 2-6) with either fludarabine (20 mg/m2 IV or 32 mg/m2 orally Days 1-3) and cyclophosphamide (150 mg/m2 IV or orally Days 1-3) or with chlorambucil (10 mg/m2 orally Days 1-7) for 6 cycles of 28 days. Anticipated time on study treatment was 24 weeks.

This pilot phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best of dose ipilimumab when given together with local radiation therapy and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colon, or rectal cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Radiation therapy uses high energy x rays to kill cancer cells. Giving monoclonal antibody therapy together with radiation therapy may be an effective treatment for melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colon, or rectal cancer

This randomized phase II trial studies how well lenalidomide improves immune response to pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or monoclonal B cell lymphocytosis. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Lenalidomide may also improve the effectiveness of pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine that is used to prevent infection.

This phase II trial studies how well lenalidomide and obinutuzumab work in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving lenalidomide and obinutuzumab may work better in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
