Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute8 moreThe objective of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of anti-CD7 CAR T-cells in patients with refractory or relapsed T-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL).
A Study of DSP-5336 in Relapsed/Refractory AML/ ALL With or Without MLL Rearrangement or NPM1 Mutation...
LeukemiaMyeloid4 moreA Phase 1/2 dose escalation / dose expansion study of DSP 5336 in patients with relapsed or refractory AML.
First-in-Human (FIH) Trial of 1A46 in Subjects With Advanced CD20 and/or CD19 Positive B-cell Hematologic...
Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (Disorder)Acute Lymphoid Leukemia1 moreThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of 1A46 in adult patients with advanced CD20 and/or CD19 positive B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) or acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
CAV Regimen for R/R Ph- B-ALL
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaThis study aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of cladribine, venetoclax combined with cytarabine and venetoclax (CAV regimen) for relapsed/refractory (R/R) Philadelphia Chromosome-negative (Ph-) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
Precision-T: A Randomized Phase III Study of Orca-T in Recipients Undergoing Allogeneic Transplantation...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoid Leukemia6 moreThis study will compare the safety and efficacy between patients receiving an engineered donor graft ("Orca-T", a T-cell-Depleted Graft With Additional Infusion of Conventional T Cells and Regulatory T Cells) or standard-of-care (SOC) control in participants undergoing myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant transplantation (MA-alloHCT) for hematologic malignancies. This posting represents the Phase III component of Precision-T. The Precision-T Ph1b component is described under NCT04013685.
Expanded/Activated Gamma Delta T-cell Infusion Following Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaChronic Myeloid Leukemia2 moreGamma delta T-cells are part of the innate immune system with the ability to recognize malignant cells and kill them. This study uses gamma delta T-cells to maximize the anti-tumor response and minimize graft versus host disease (GVHD) in leukemic and myelodysplastic patients who have had a partially mismatched bone marrow transplant (haploidentical).
Ibrutinib and Blinatumomab in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B Acute Lymphoblastic...
Adult B Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaPhiladelphia Chromosome PositiveThis phase II trial studies how well ibrutinib and blinatumomab work in treating patients with B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or is not responding to treatment. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as blinatumomab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving ibrutinib and blinatumomab may work better in treating patients with relapsed or refractory B acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Alpha/Beta CD19+ Depleted Haploidentical Transplantation + Zometa for Pediatric Hematologic Malignancies...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia9 moreThis phase I trial studies the safety of transplantation with a haploidentical donor peripheral blood stem cell graft depleted of TCRαβ+ cells and CD19+ cells in conjunction with the immunomodulating drug, Zoledronate, given in the post-transplant period to treat pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies or high risk solid tumors.
Study Evaluating Brexucabtagene Autoleucel (KTE-X19) in Pediatric and Adolescent Participants With...
Relapsed/Refractory B-precursor Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaRelapsed/Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThe primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of brexucabtagene autoleucel (KTE-X19) in pediatric and adolescent participants with relapsed/refractory (r/r) B-precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or relapsed or refractory (r/r) B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). As of October 2022, no further patients with acute B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) will be asked to join the study. The study remains open for recruitment for patients that have B-cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL).
