Study of LOXO-305 Versus Investigator's Choice (IdelaR or BR) in Patients With Previously Treated...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThis is a study for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL) who have previously received treatment with at least a BTK inhibitor. The main purpose is to compare LOXO-305 to idelalisib plus rituximab or bendamustine plus rituximab. Participation could last up to four years, and possibly longer, if the disease does not progress.
A Study of FCN-338 in Patients With Chronic CLL/SLL
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThis study is being done to evaluate the Tolerability、Pharmacokinetics and Preliminary antitumor activity of oral FCN-338 for the treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), who have failed or are intolerant to one or more lines of established therapy or for whom no other treatment options are available.
Personalized Multi-peptide Vaccination in CLL Patients
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThe aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency along with safety and toxicity of a personalizied multi-peptide vaccine in combination with the TLR1/2 ligand XS15 in CLL patients undergoing ibrutinib-based regimes.
NKX019, Intravenous Allogeneic Chimeric Antigen Receptor Natural Killer Cells (CAR NK), in Adults...
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin9 moreThis is a single arm, open-label, multi-center, Phase 1 study to determine the safety and tolerability of an experimental therapy called NKX019 (allogeneic CAR NK cells targeting CD19) in patients with relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL)
A Study of Pirtobrutinib (LOXO-305) Versus Bendamustine Plus Rituximab (BR) in Untreated Patients...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of pirtobrutinib (LOXO-305; Arm A) compared to BR (Arm B) in patients with CLL/SLL who have not been treated. Participation could last up to five years.
A Study Evaluating the Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacokinetics of Mosunetuzumab in Patients With...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThis study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmaokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of mosunetuzumab in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
Acalabrutinib and Obinutuzumab for the Treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThis phase II trial investigates the how well acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab work in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab may help to control disease progression in CLL patients who have not received treatment for CLL.

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and efficacy of APG-2575 single agent and in combination with other therapeutic agents in patients with relapsed/refractory CLL/SLL.

B-cell Non-Hodgkins LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaThe purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SC) administration of XmAb13676 and to determine the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended dose (RD).
First-in-Human (FIH) Trial in Patients With Relapsed, Progressive or Refractory B-Cell Lymphoma...
Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)High-grade B-cell Lymphoma (HGBCL)5 moreThe trial is a global, multi-center safety and efficacy trial of epcoritamab, an antibody also known as EPKINLY™ and GEN3013 (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20). The trial consists of 3 parts: a dose-escalation part (Phase 1, first-in-human (FIH)) an expansion part (Phase 2a) a dose-optimization part (Phase 2a)
