A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Flumatinib in Patients With Newly Diagnosed Chronic Myeloid...
CMLChronic PhaseIt's a double-blind , randomized ,multi-center study. The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy and safety of flumatinib 400mg once daily (QD) versus 600mg QD as the first line therapy in patients with chronic myleiod leukemia(CML) in chronic phase(CP).
Ponatinib Hydrochloride as Second Line Therapy in Treating Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia...
Chronic Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaBCR-ABL1 Positive4 moreThis phase II trial studies how well ponatinib hydrochloride works as second line therapy in treating patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase that has not responded to initial treatment (first line) with imatinib mesylate, dasatinib, or nilotinib or cannot tolerate imatinib mesylate, dasatinib, or nilotinib. Ponatinib hydrochloride may stop or control the growth of cancer cells by blocking a protein needed for cell growth.
Asciminib Monotherapy, With Dose Escalation, for 2nd and 1st Line Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia
Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia - Chronic PhaseThis will be a multicenter Phase II open-label study of asciminib in CML-CP patients who have been previously treated with one prior ATP- binding site TKI with discontinuation due to treatment failure, warning or intolerance. (2L patient cohort). In addition, newly diagnosed CML-CP patients who may have received up to 4 weeks of prior TKI are included in a separate 1L patient cohort.
A Phase 3 Study for the Efficacy and Safety of Radotinib in CP-CML Patients With Failure or Intolerance...
Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaChronic Phase5 moreIn a multinational, multicenter, single-arm, open-label and Phase III Radotinib clinical study, chronic phase Ph+ chronic myeloid leukemia patients with failure or intolerance to previous TKIs therapy including Imatinib will be recruited. In this phase 3 study, 173 subjects are expected to be enrolled in a single arm with the administration of Radotinib 400mg twice daily, which includes 10% of dropout rate.
Pembrolizumab and Dasatinib, Imatinib Mesylate, or Nilotinib in Treating Patients With Chronic Myeloid...
Chronic Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaBCR-ABL1 Positive1 moreThis phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab and dasatinib, imatinib mesylate, or nilotinib work in treating patients with chronic myeloid leukemia and persistent detection of minimal residual disease, defined as the levels of a gene product called bcr-abl in the blood. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Dasatinib, imatinib mesylate, and nilotinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving pembrolizumab and dasatinib, imatinib mesylate, or nilotinib may work better in treating patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.
Treatment Free Remission After Combination Therapy With Ruxolitinib Plus Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors...
Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaChronic Myeloid Leukemia1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine if adding Ruxolitinib to a Tyrone Kinase Inhibitor (TKI), prior to a second attempt at stopping a TKI will lead to prolonged treatment free remission (TFR).
Safety and Efficacy of Ponatinib for Treatment of Pediatric Recurrent or Refractory Leukemias, Lymphomas...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAccelerated Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia7 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ponatinib in children aged 1 to < 18 years with advanced leukemias, lymphomas, and solid tumors.
Safety and Efficacy Evaluation of Bosutinib Plus Atezolizumab in Newly Diagnosed Chronic Leukemia...
Chronic Phase-Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaThe combination of bosutinib plus atezolizumab in first line treatment in newly diagnosis chronic-phase CML patients could potentially increase molecular responses and therefore treatment discontinuation probabilities in these patients. We propose an Open-Label Phase Ib/II Study of Bosutinib in Combination with Atezolizumab for the Treatment of New Diagnosis Chronic Phase-Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Patients.
ASTX727 and Dasatinib for the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Philadelphia Chromosome or BCR-ABL Positive...
Chronic Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaPhiladelphia Chromosome Positive2 moreThis phase II trial studies the effect of ASTX727 and dasatinib in treating patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome or BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase. Philadelphia chromosome positive and BCR-ABL positive are types of genetic mutations (changes). Chemotherapy drugs, such as ASTX727, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Dasatinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. ASTX727 and dasatinib may help to control Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia or BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase.
A Study of HS-10382 in Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.
CMLChronic Phase2 moreHS-10382 is a small molecular, oral potent, allosteric inhibitor. By binding a myristoyl site of the BCR-ABL1 protein, HS-10382 locks BCR-ABL1 into an inactive conformation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety/tolerability and the pharmacokinetic(PK) profile of HS-10382 in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Anti-CML activity will also be investigated in this study.
