Cardiovascular Assessment of Ponatinib as Third Line Treatment in Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid...

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML)

This study will address the therapeutic activity and the safety/biological profile of Ponatinib when used as third line therapy of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Chronic Phase after the only two TKIs known for their cardiovascular safety, i.e. Imatinib and Bosutinib.

1703: The study is designed as a randomized, phase III, multicenter trial comparing two acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) prophylaxis regimens: tacrolimus/methotrexate (Tac/MTX) versus post-transplant cyclophosphamide/tacrolimus/mycophenolate mofetil (PTCy/Tac/MMF) in the setting of reduced intensity conditioning (RIC) allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplantation. 1801: The goal of this protocol is to test the primary hypothesis that the engraftment stool microbiome diversity predicts one-year non-relapse mortality in patients undergoing reduced intensity allogeneic HCT.

The Registry of Oncology Outcomes Associated With Testing and Treatment

AdenocarcinomaAdenocystic Carcinoma76 more

This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.

Long Term Effects of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy on Ovarian Reserve and Fertility in Patients...

Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaBCR-ABL1 Positive2 more

This pilot research trial studies the long term effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy on ovarian reserve and fertility in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia or gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Studying ovary imaging, ovarian reserve markers, and hormone levels from patients receiving tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy may help doctors learn more about the effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy on ovarian function and fertility.

Alpha/Beta T Cell and CD19+ B Cell Depletion in Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation in Patients...

Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia7 more

This study will assess the safety, efficacy, and feasibility of ⍺/β CD3+ T-cell and CD19+ B-cell depletion in allogeneic stem cell transplantation in patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML), high risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and lymphoma. Subjects will receive an allogeneic stem cell transplant that has been depleted of ⍺/β CD3+ T-cells and CD19+ B-cells using the Miltenyi CliniMACS Prodigy® system.

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Real-Life Database

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML)

Establish the largest possible real-life cohort collecting long-term follow-up of a maximum number of CML patients in order to carry out observational studies: epidemiological, identification of subgroups according to their response to treatment, evaluation of new molecules in real life, therapeutic discontinuations, impact of the evolution of recommendations, etc.

Follow-up Study on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Patients Achieving Treatment-free Remission

Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaBCR/ABL-Positive

In recent years, the goal of stopping drug therapy, also known as treatment-free remission (TFR), is emerging as one of the management goals of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) therapy. Because there is no available data on Asian patients with CML undergoing tyrosine kinase inhibitor discontinuation (TKI), the investigators plan to recruit chronic phase CML patients with deep treatment response and good medical compliance in Taiwan to evaluate the feasibility, safety and clinical consequences of TKI discontinuation.

Haploidentical Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation Using TCR Alpha/Beta and CD19 Depletion

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in RemissionAcute Myeloid Leukemia in Remission9 more

Patients with medical conditions requiring allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) are at risk of developing a condition called graft versus host disease (GvHD) which carries a high morbidity and mortality. This is a phase I/II study that will test the safety and efficacy of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) with ex-vivo T cell receptor Alpha/Beta+ and CD19 depletion to treat patients' underlying condition. This process is expected to substantially decrease the risk of GvHD thus allowing for the elimination of immunosuppressive therapy post-transplant. The study will use blood stem/progenitor cells collected from the peripheral blood of parent or other half-matched (haploidentical) family member donor. The procedure will be performed using CliniMACS® TCRα/β-Biotin System which is considered investigational.

CMV-MVA Triplex Vaccination in HLA-Matched Related Stem Cell Donors for the Prevention of CMV Infection...

Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia9 more

This phase II clinical trial tests how well the cytomegalovirus-modified vaccinica Ankara (CMV-MVA) Triplex vaccine given to human leukocyte antigens (HLA) matched related stem cell donors works to prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant. The CMV-MVA Triplex vaccine works by causing an immune response in the donors body to the CMV virus, creating immunity to it. The donor then passes that immunity on to the patient upon receiving the stem cell transplant. Giving the CMV-MVA triplex vaccine to donors may help prevent CMV infection of patients undergoing stem cell transplantation.
