Testing the Combination of Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Lower Dose Chemotherapy Compared to Usual Chemotherapy...
B Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaB Lymphoblastic LymphomaThis phase II trial compares the combination of inotuzumab ozogamicin and chemotherapy to the usual chemotherapy in treating patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a drug, called CalichDMH. Inotuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as CD22 receptors, and delivers CalichDMH to kill them. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving inotuzumab ozogamicin with chemotherapy may help shrink the cancer and stop it from returning.
A Phase 1a/1b Study of ELVN-001 for the Treatment Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and determine the recommended dose for further clinical evaluation of ELVN-001 in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia with and without T315I mutations in patients who are relapsed, refractory or intolerant to TKIs.
Venetoclax Combining Chidamide and Azacitidine (VCA) in the Treatment of R/R AML
LeukemiaMyeloid3 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Venetoclax Combining Chidamide and Azacitidine (VCA) in the Treatment of relapsed and/or refractory AML
Acalabrutinib in Combination With Venetoclax or Obinutuzumab for the Treatment of Treatment-naive...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThis phase II trial tests whether acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax or obinutuzumab works to shrink tumors in patients with treatment-naive chronic lymphocytic leukemia . Acalabrutinib is also an inhibitor that works in the body to block the activation of certain cells that lead to the growth of cancerous B cells. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Obinutuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax or obinutuzumab may help ease symptoms, decrease the amount of cancer suggestive of improvement, prolonged disease-free remission and/or survival, and increased knowledge about cancer treatment in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Patients will be treated with acalabrutinib for 12 cycles, and then randomized to receive 6 cycles of acalabrutinib plus obinutuzumab or acalabrutinib plus venetoclax.
Orelabrutinib and Obinutuzumab Plus FC Regimen in Treating Newly Diagnosed CLL/SLL
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic LymphomaThis study is a multi-center, open-label, single-arm, non-randomized phase II clinical study in order to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Orelabrutinib, Fludarabine, Cyclophosphamide, and Obinutuzumab (GA-101) (oFCG) in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) / Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)
Treateament of Newly Diagnosed Acute Monocytic Leukemia in Children
LeukemiaMonocytic2 moreThis is a multicenter, single arm, prospective, intervention trial. Since cladribine can enhance the biological activity and self-protection of cytarabine, giving cladribine and cytarabine together may kill more cancer cells. 10 centers from South China Childhood Leukaemia Collaborative Group carry out the SCCLG-M5-2022 regimen including two courses of CLAG(cladribine, darubicin and cytarabine) in the induction period for the treatment of newly dignosed acute monocytic leukemia (M5). The targeted drugs sorafenib is used for FLT3 positive acute monocytic leukemia to inhibit the serine / threonine kinase activity of FLT3.
Thiotepa, Cyclophosphamide, Clarithromycin and Cytarabine
Burkitt LymphomaLymphoblastic Lymphoma3 moreThis study is an observational study on the efficacy and safety of auto-HSCT in adult patients with Burkitt lymphoma, lymphoblastic lymphoma, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia who received TCCA conditioning regimen. The study plans to include 28 patients who received the TCCA regimen for pre-transplantation pretreatment before auto-HSCT. Maintenance treatment will be carried out after transplantation for 1 year to observe the efficacy and safety.
A Study of HYML-122 in Patients With FLT3 Positive Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia...
Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)this is a single-arm, open, multicenter, phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of HYLM-122 monotherapy in Chinese subjects with FLT3 positive relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
