Trial of Ablation of Small Hepatocellular Carcinomas in Patients of Cirrhosis
Hepatocellular CarcinomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and percutaneous acetic acid ablation (PAI) in the management of small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients of cirrhosis of liver.
Radiofrequency Ablation With or With Transcatheter Arterial Embolization for Hepatocellular Carcinoma...
Hepatocellular CarcinomaLiver CancerThe purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate whether combined RFA and TACE (RFA-TACE) result in better survival outcomes than RFA alone in patients with HCC.
HAI Via Interventionally Implanted Port Catheter Systems
Colorectal CancerLiver Neoplasms3 moreProcedures to provide interventional implantation of a port catheter system into the hepatic artery and adjacent regional chemotherapy of the liver are optimized in the scope of an open, single-arm trial in patients with metastases and cancers confined to the liver. The primary objective is the improvement of indication, implantation procedure, and regional chemotherapy. Secondary objectives are port patency, comparison of complications with a historical collective of patients provided with a surgical hepatic arterial port device (colorectal cancer patients only), progression free and overall survival, efficacy of maintaining regional chemotherapy with 5-FU in combination with systemic treatment in patients with extrahepatic progression, quality of life.
A Safety and Effectiveness Study of Aroplatin in Patients With Advanced Solid Malignancies
Esophageal NeoplasmsHepatocellular Carcinoma4 moreTo determine the rate of response and the duration of the response following therapy with Aroplatinin patients with advanced solid malignancies.
Albumin for Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaHypoproteinemiaThe rate of liver cirrhosis is about 40% to 75% among patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Therefore, many patients with HCC were with low serum albumin before and after (especially) hepatic resection. Serum albumin level has been routinely used in clinical practice as a surrogate marker to evaluate nutritional status and liver function. Serum albumin concentration is used as an independent mortality risk predictor in a broad range of clinical and research settings. However, the role of albumin infusion in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after resection is unknown. The present study aimed to investigate the safety and clinical necessity of albumin infusion for HCC patients after hepatic resection.

Advanced Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis is a single-center, single-arm, open label and dose escalation clinical study of anti-CD147 CART cells by hepatic artery infusions in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
Effectiveness of Drug Eluting TACE in Primary HCC
Hepatic Cell Carcinomathe aim of this work to compare effectiveness of drug-eluting bead trans-arterial chemo-embolization and conventional trans-arterial chemo-embolization of hepatic cell carcinoma in the aspect of (Tumor response via m-RECIST criteria), (liver injury via Liver function tests and tumor markers) and (survival outcome) of patients treated in Assiut university .
Sorafenib Plus Toripalimab for Unresectable HCC With Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus
Unresectable Hepatocellular CancerPortal Vein Tumor ThrombusThis study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sorafenib plus toripalimab for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT).
Anlotinib Hydrochloride Combined With Sintilimab Injection in the Treatment of Advanced Hepatocellular...
Advanced Hepatocellular CarcinomaThis is a single-arm, open-label and exploratory clinical study of Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules combined with Sintilimab injection in the treatment of advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). In oder to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules combined with Sintilimab injection. Subjects with pathological confirmed Hepatocellular Carcinoma will be enrolled. 21 days as a treatment cycle, Anlotinib 12mg/day(D1-D14 ) and Sintilimab injection 200mg Q3W (D1). Sintilimab injection will be administered until disease progressioncor un-tolerable toxicity. Anlotinib will be administered until disease progression. If anlotinib is not tolerated, the dose can be reduced to 10mg or 8mg ,until un-tolerable toxicity again.
