Prospective, Multicenter Cohort Study on Primary Biliary Cholangitis
PBCPrimary Biliary CholangitisThe German PBC Cohort is a multi-centric, observational (non-interventional) study with three parallel groups. The main objective of this observational study is to describe the course of Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) in patients in Germany under routine treatment with approved drugs. Therefore, the effectiveness and safety/tolerability of PBC treatment options in a real-life setting will be evaluated.
National Database on Primary Biliary Cholangitis
Primary Biliary CholangitisPrimary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is a rare, autoimmune, cholestatic liver disease. No data about the disease epidemiology exist in Italy. Therefore this study aims to develop a national PBC patient database linked to a biological sample storage.
Mindfulness - Based Intervention in the Treatment of Fatigue in Patients With Primary Biliary Cholangitis...
Primary Biliary CholangitisTo assess the efficacy of mindfulness-based intervention (MBI) intervention in the treatment of moderate or severe fatigue in patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC).

Primary Sclerosing CholangitisPrimary Biliary Cirrhosis2 moreThis study is a biobank of specimens and clinical data for use in current and future research to better understand the cholestatic liver diseases primary biliary cirrhosis/cholangitis (PBC) and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).
Performance of Scoring Systems in Chinese Patients With Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) on Ursodeoxycholic...
Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC)Several risk assessment scoring systems have been proposed to assess the therapeutic response and predict long term prognosis in ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA)-treated primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) patients, in order to risk stratify PBC patients and guide their management. However there scoring systems have not been fully validated in Chinese population. This study is going to compare the prognostic ability of these criteria, validate the overseas scoring systems, develop and validate a new scoring system in a cohort of Chinese PBC patients.

Rare Disease Patient Registry & Natural History Study - Coordination of Rare Diseases at Sanford...
Rare DisordersUndiagnosed Disorders316 moreCoRDS, or the Coordination of Rare Diseases at Sanford, is based at Sanford Research in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It provides researchers with a centralized, international patient registry for all rare diseases. This program allows patients and researchers to connect as easily as possible to help advance treatments and cures for rare diseases. The CoRDS team works with patient advocacy groups, individuals and researchers to help in the advancement of research in over 7,000 rare diseases. The registry is free for patients to enroll and researchers to access. Visit sanfordresearch.org/CoRDS to enroll.
Liver Cirrhosis Network Cohort Study
CirrhosisCirrhosis11 moreLiver Cirrhosis Network (LCN) Cohort Study is an observational study designed to identify risk factors and develop prediction models for risk of decompensation in adults with liver cirrhosis. LCN Cohort Study involves multiple institutions and an anticipated 1200 participants. Enrolled participants will have study visits every 6 months (180 days), with opportunities to complete specific visit components via telehealth or remotely. Visits will include collection of questionnaire data and the in-person visits will include questionnaires, physical exams, imaging, and sample collection.
