STAY-STRONG Study of Exercise Training During Chemotherapy
LymphomaB-Cell10 moreThis study evaluates the effectiveness of a supervised progressive resistance training program in patients malignant lymphomas with the primary outcome being lean body mass. The study is designed as a a single center, two-armed, parallel-group, investigator-initiated clinical randomized controlled superiority trail evaluating the effectiveness of a 4-month supervised progressive resistance training intervention compared to usual care.
Study to Evaluate Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With B-Cell...
Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia2 moreB-cell malignancies are a group of cancers of B lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell responsible for fighting infections. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-525 as a monotherapy. ABBV-525 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of B-Cell Malignancies. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Participants will receive ABBV-525 at different doses. Approximately 100 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-525. In part 2 (dose optimization), participants will receive one of two oral doses of ABBV-525, until the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) is determined. In part 3 (dose expansion), participants will receive the RP2D oral dose of ABBV-525. The estimated duration of the study is up to 64 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, and scans.
Relmacabtagene Autoleucel as First-Line Therapy for High-Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma
B-cell LymphomaThe primary objective of this study is to estimate the efficacy of Relmacabtagene Autoleucel in participants with high-risk large B-cell lymphoma.
Zanubrutinib and Lisocabtagene Maraleucel for the Treatment of Richter's Syndrome
Recurrent Transformed Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRefractory Transformed Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia6 moreThis phase II trial tests how well zanubrutinib and lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso-cel) work together in treating patients with Richter's syndrome. Richter's syndrome occurs when chronic lymphocytic leukemia and/or small lymphocytic leukemia transforms into an aggressive lymphoma, which is a cancer of the lymph nodes. Zanubrutinib is a class of medication called a kinase inhibitor. These drugs work by preventing the action of abnormal proteins that tell cancer cells to multiply, which helps stop the spread of cancer. Liso-cel is a type of treatment known as chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy. CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added to the T cells in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. Giving zanubrutinib and liso-cell together may kill more cancer cells in patients with Richter's syndrome.
Secondary Infusion of Relma-cel Injection for Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoma
Relapsed or Refractory B-cell LymphomaTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of post-marketing Regiorense injection secondary infusion in the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma.
Human CD19 Targeted T Cells Injection(CD19 CAR-T) Therapy for Relapsed and Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin's...
B-cell Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaA Phase Ⅱ Clinical Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Human CD19 Targeted T Cells Injection (CD19 CAR-T) Therapy for R/R B-NHL. Patients will be given a conditioning chemotherapy regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide followed by a single infusion of CD19 CAR+ T cells.

A Study to Evaluate Glofitamab Monotherapy and Glofitamab + Chemoimmunotherapy in Pediatric and...
Mature B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of glofitamab, as monotherapy and in combination with a standard chemoimmunotherapy regimen: rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (R-ICE) in pediatric and young adult participants with relapsed and refractory (R/R) mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL).
A Phase II Study of Rituximab, Chidamide, Zanubrutinib-induced and CHOP Therapy
Double Express Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaThis phase II trial studies how well giving rituximab, chidamide, and zanubrutinib with Sequential chemotherapy works in treating patients with double express diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The prognosis of patients with DEL-DLBCL is usually worse than that of ordinary DLBCL.
ZR2 Followed by Immunochemotherapy in Elderly Patients With Newly-diagnosed DLBCL
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaAs the most common subtype of lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive but potentially curable malignancy. The poor prognosis of elderly DLBCL patients may be related to the biological behavior of the disease, more comorbidities, poor performance status, and inability to tolerate standard-intensity immunochemotherapy. The investigators plan to use ZR2 regimen(rituximab, lenalidomide and zanubrutinib) for 2 cycles followed by immunochemotherapy for up to 4 cycles in elderly newly diagnosed DLBCL patients.
