Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

In the rituximab era, one-third of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients experience relapse/refractory disease after first-line anthracycline-based immunochemotherapy (IChemo). Optimal management remains an unmet medical need. The aim of this study was to report the outcomes of a cohort of refractory patients according to their patterns of refractoriness and the type of salvage option. The investigators performed a retrospective analysis, which included 104 DLBCL patients treated at Lyon Sud University Hospital (2002-2017) who presented with refractory disease. The investigators retrospectively evaluated the outcomes of a cohort of 104 refractory patients according to their patterns of refractoriness and the type of salvage option.

Identifying, Understanding, and Overcoming Barriers to the Use of Clinical Practice Guidelines in...

Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaB-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma6 more

This research trial studies the use of clinical practice guidelines by pediatric oncology healthcare providers in order to identify, understand, and overcome barriers to them. The treatments for childhood cancers are intense and result in a high rate of symptoms which require support by healthcare providers. By reviewing patients' medical chart records, meeting in focus groups and in one-on-one interviews, healthcare providers may improve how clinical practice guidelines are used to support children undergoing cancer treatment.

A Clinico-Pathologic Study of Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma

Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma

A non-profit study designed with the aim of analysing the phenotype and molecular characteristics (central review) and evaluating prospectively the role of PET-scans in the management of primary mediastinal lymphoma treated with conventional approaches.

Expanded Access Program for Epcoritamab

Large B-cell LymphomaDiffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma4 more

The purpose of this program is to provide investigational epcoritamab, an antibody also known as GEN3013 (DuoBody-CD3xCD20), in an expanded access setting for eligible patients with relapsed and/or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) who have a high unmet medical need with no other treatment options. It is a requirement that patients do not qualify for an ongoing epcoritamab clinical program or are unable to participate due to logistical reasons. Access to investigational epcoritamab can be requested by contacting preapprovalaccessprograms@genmab.com.

Real-world Resource Use and Costs of CAR-T Therapies in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL): Inpatient...

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

A retrospective, non-interventional cohort study was used to address the study objectives. This study aimed to provide a better understanding of real-world healthcare resource utilization (HRU) and healthcare reimbursement costs associated with chimeric antigen receptor modified T cell (CAR-T) therapy among patients with DLBCL.

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

This retrospective study aimed to investigate the combined prognostic values of intratumoral metabolic heterogeneity (MH), disseminate feature (Dmax) and total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV) by 2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-D-glucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography ([18F]FDG PET/CT), and establish novel nomograms to improve prognosis prediction in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)

Adult Immunoblastic LymphomaCentral Nervous System Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma11 more

This research study is collecting and storing tissue samples from patients with rare or cutaneous non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Collecting and storing samples of tissue from patients with cancer to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.

Early Evaluation of the Response of Large B Cell Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma to Chemotherapy by PET/CT...

LymphomaLarge-Cell

Patients affected with non-Hodgkin's large B-cell lymphoma are treated by chemotherapy. The evaluation of the response to this treatment is made by Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT) in many centres where this technology is available. Presently PET scans and CT scans are being performed before treatment, after 4 cycles of chemotherapy and a few months after the end of treatment. The goal of this study is to determine if it is possible to evaluate the efficiency of chemotherapy treatments after one cycle of treatment instead of waiting after 4 cycles, using a new scanner that combines PET and CT modalities. Data available from studies on these combined exams suggest that PET/CT helps to rapidly evaluate the response of the chemotherapy treatment. We also want to verify if some pathological characteristics measured from tumor cells will enable doctors to predict in advance the response to treatment.
