Lenalidomide With or Without Rituximab in Treating Patients With Progressive or Relapsed Chronic...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma32 moreThis phase II trial studies how well giving lenalidomide with or without rituximab works in treating patients with progressive or relapsed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL), or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Giving lenalidomide together with or without rituximab may kill more cancer cells.
Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B Cell Non Hodgkin Lymphomas
Non-Hodgkin LymphomasThis is a phase II open label study that looks at the efficacy and toxicity of Ofatumumab monotherapy in patients with relapsed and/or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Patients will receive weekly infusions of Ofatumumab of 1000 mg each for 8 weeks (induction phase) followed by continuing the study drugs every other week in subsequent cycles (maintenance phase). Each 4 weeks of therapy will be calculated as one cycle. Treatment will continue until disease progression, toxicity, patient's withdrawal, or investigator's discretion.
Study of Lenalidomide(Revlimid) Plus Rituximab (Revlirit Regimen) in Elderly Patients With Relapsed/Refractory...
Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaOral Lenalidomide is initiated on day 1 of cycle 1 at the dose of 20 mg daily for 21 days with 7 days rest (28 day cycle) for a total of 4 cycles. Rituximab is administered on day 1 and day 21 of each cycle at the dose of 375 mg/m2 for a total of 4 cycles. After this induction phase, the CR, PR and SD will continue Lenalidomide with the same schedule for other 8 months.
Vorinostat and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma or...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma29 moreRATIONALE: Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving vorinostat together with lenalidomide may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of vorinostat when given together with lenalidomide in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
R-CHOP-B Bevacizumab for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaB-cell LymphomaThis study evaluates the use of the standard treatment R-CHOP plus the anti-VEGF drug, bevacizumab and whether this treatment is feasible in patients with stage II, III and IV diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
A Study to Evaluate Lenalidomide Combined With Dexamethasone in Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large...
Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaTo evaluate the safety and efficacy of lenalidomide (Revlimid ®) in combination with dexamethasone in subjects with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
A Study of Bevacizumab (Avastin) in Combination With Rituximab (MabThera) and CHOP (Cyclophosphamide,...
B-cell LymphomaThis 2-arm study was designed to compare the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab (Avastin) in combination with rituximab (MabThera) and CHOP (cyclophosphamide, hydroxydaunorubicin [doxorubicin], Oncovin [vincristine], prednisone) chemotherapy (R-CHOP) versus rituximab plus CHOP chemotherapy (R-CHOP) in previously untreated patients with CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Patients were randomized to receive 8 cycles of treatment with R-CHOP plus bevacizumab or R-CHOP plus placebo. Treatment with bevacizumab/placebo and R-CHOP was given either on a 2-week or 3-week schedule and bevacizumab was given at a weekly average dose of 5 mg/kg (10 mg/kg for 2-week cycles and 15 mg/kg for 3-week cycles).
Optimized Donor Selection, Nonmyeloablative BMT for B-cell Lymphomas With Post-transplantation Cy...
LymphomaB-cell Lymphoma2 moreThis phase II trial is studying how well giving fludarabine and cyclophosphamide together with total-body irradiation and rituximab works in treating patients with B-cell lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia who are undergoing an allogeneic (donor) bone marrow transplant. The type of bone marrow transplant is a less intensive or "mini" transplant using a relative as the bone marrow donor. The donated bone marrow stem cells may replace the patient's immune system cells and help destroy any remaining cancer (graft-versus-tumor effect). Patients undergoing this type of transplant often have more than one relative who could be a donor. The trial is also studying a new way of choosing amongst possible donors which might improve how the rituximab works.
Yt90 Zevalin and Combination Chemotherapy (Z-CHOP)in Treating Patients With Stage II, Stage III,...
Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to determine whether the treatment of Yt90 Zevalin in combination with CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone)are effective as first line treatment in patients with bulky stage II or stage III or IV diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
MDX-010 in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Lymphoma
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisB-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia21 moreBiological therapies, such as MDX-010, work in different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MDX-010 and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
