Safety Study of BTK Inhibitor, DTRMWXHS-12, Used Singly or in Combination, in CLL and B-cell Lymphomas...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaB-Cell LymphomaThis study will evaluate the safety, antitumor activity and preliminary pharmacokinetics of an investigational drug product, DTRMWXHS-12, in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or other B-cell lymphomas. DTRMWXHS-12 will be evaluated as a single agent, and in combination. This study will be conducted in two parts: phase Ia and Ib. Both parts will explore escalating doses of DTRMWXHS-12. The phase Ia study will evaluate DTRMWXHS-12 monotherapy. The phase Ib study will evaluate DTRMWXHS-12 combinations.
TC-110 T Cells in Adults With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma or Acute Lymphoblastic...
Non Hodgkin LymphomaAcute Lymphoblastic Leukemia4 moreTC-110 T cells are a novel cell therapy that consists of autologous genetically engineered T cells expressing a single-domain antibody that recognizes human CD19, fused to the CD3-epsilon subunit which, upon expression, is incorporated into the endogenous T cell receptor (TCR) complex. This is a Phase 1/2 open-label study to evaluate the safety of autologous genetically engineered TC-110 T cells in patients with aggressive NHL (DLBCL, PMBCL, TFL), high-risk indolent NHL (including MCL), or adult ALL.
Acalabrutinib With Rituximab and Lenalidomide in Relapsed/Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...
Non-hodgkin Lymphoma,B CellNCCN guidelines for B cell lymphoma suggest that patients with relapsed/refractory aggressive NHL who are candidate for high-dose therapy should receive combination of cytotoxic chemotherapies as 2nd line treatment. However, proportion of patients who are adequately salvaged by second line chemotherapy and high-dose chemotherapy with stem cell rescue is unsatisfactory. Moreover, many fragile patients are unfit for salvage cytotoxic chemotherapy and/or high-dose chemotherapy. Hence, most of patients with relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell NHL is ultimately candidate for less-cytotoxic drugs with targeted approach. This trial is phase II trial of acalabrutinib in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide for these patients.
A Study of MIL62 in Treatment of CD20 Positive B-cell Lymphomas
CD20-positive B Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThis open-label, multicenter,dose-escalating phase I study was designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of MIL62 in Chinese patients with relapsed/refractory CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) for whom no treatment of higher priority was available.
A Prospective, Observational Cohort Study on the Clinical Impact of Novel Monoclonal Antibodies...
Non-Hodgkin LymphomaB-cellThis is a prospective, observational cohort study to evaluate the clinical impact of novel Monoclonal AntiBodies (MAB) in B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) in Italian clinical practice.
Multidimensional Assessment of Quality of Life, Social and Professional Life and Care Utilization...
Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)CAR-T Cells TreatmentImmunotherapy became in recent years a major innovation in the care of cancer patients, with unprecedented improvement in complete response and survival, particularly in hematological cancers. Since 2018, patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma can benefit from immunotherapy based on CAR-T cells (Chimeric Antigenic Receptor - T cells), drugs derived from gene therapy and products from the patient's own T cells. The efficacy of these drugs, their development in more and more indications and in continuous earlier lines of treatment, their unprecedented adverse effects and their very high cost justify the search for predictive factors of efficacy and tolerance in order to optimize their use and benefit the greatest number of eligible patients. A better understanding of quality of life and its determinants in patients who received CAR-T cells could play a major role in predicting efficacy and tolerance. Quality of life data have indeed been deemed insufficient in phase 1-2 trials which have demonstrated the benefit of CAR-T cells in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in 3rd line of treatment or more and led to obtaining their marketing authorization. It is therefore necessary to assess the quality of life of patients treated in routine care with CAR-T cells. The European Qualitop project aims, from self-questionnaires, to explore the quality of life during the 2 years following the initiation of immunotherapy with a multidimensional approach integrating genetic factors, lifestyle habits and psychosocial determinants of patients. In this context, the Qualitop CAR-T study is a prospective non-comparative real-life study aimed at describing the multidimensional quality of life, its psychosocial determinants and drug consumption in patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL treated with CAR -T cells.
Orelabrutinib Therapy in Patients With r/r B-cell Lymphoma Intolerant to Other Bruton Tyrosine Kinase...
B-cell LymphomaTo evaluate the safety and effecacy of Orelabrutinib therapy in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma (including R /rCLL/SLL and R /rMCL) who are intolerant to ibrutinib/zanubrutinib or other BTK inhibitors
Pembrolizumab and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated Diffuse...
Composite LymphomaGrade 3b Follicular Lymphoma8 moreThis pilot phase I trial studies the side effects of pembrolizumab and combination chemotherapy in treating patients with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or grade 3b follicular lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab and rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine sulfate, and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab together with combination chemotherapy may be with a better treatment for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma.
