CTL019 Out of Specification MAP for ALL or DLBCL Patients

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Managed Access Program (MAP) to provide access to CTL019, for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients with out of specification leukapheresis product and/or manufactured tisagenlecleucel out of specification for commercial release.

Cell-free Circulating DNA in Primary Cutaneous Lymphomas

Mycosis FungoidesLymphoma2 more

To evaluate the possibility of detecting cell-free circulating tumoral DNA in potentially aggressive primary cutaneous lymphomas, the investigator opted to search a representative tumor sample mutation in the blood of these patients, by digital PCR. Patients with mycosis fungoides, primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma helper follicular phenotype and primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg-type will be included and 4 blood samples will be collected during 12 months.

Expanded Access Program for Epcoritamab

Large B-cell LymphomaDiffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma4 more

The purpose of this program is to provide investigational epcoritamab, an antibody also known as GEN3013 (DuoBody-CD3xCD20), in an expanded access setting for eligible patients with relapsed and/or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) who have a high unmet medical need with no other treatment options. It is a requirement that patients do not qualify for an ongoing epcoritamab clinical program or are unable to participate due to logistical reasons. Access to investigational epcoritamab can be requested by contacting preapprovalaccessprograms@genmab.com.

Real-world Resource Use and Costs of CAR-T Therapies in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL): Inpatient...

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

A retrospective, non-interventional cohort study was used to address the study objectives. This study aimed to provide a better understanding of real-world healthcare resource utilization (HRU) and healthcare reimbursement costs associated with chimeric antigen receptor modified T cell (CAR-T) therapy among patients with DLBCL.

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

This retrospective study aimed to investigate the combined prognostic values of intratumoral metabolic heterogeneity (MH), disseminate feature (Dmax) and total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV) by 2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-D-glucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography ([18F]FDG PET/CT), and establish novel nomograms to improve prognosis prediction in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)

EBV-associated Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

To Characterize and Compare ClinicalPathological and Molecular Features

The aim of this study is to characterize and compare clinical, pathological (histology, immunophenotype) and molecular features of EBV-related GZL and DLBCL: do they belong to the same entity or to two different subtypes of EBV-related lymphoma ?

Factors Influencing Hepatitis B Virus Reactivation in Lymphoma Patients Treated With Rituximab

Patients With Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma or Follicular LymphomaPatients Treated With Rituximab-CHOP or Rituximab-CVP

This study is a retrospective analysis to identify factors influencing hepatitis B virus reactivation in patients treated with rituximab containing chemotherapy. Rituximab monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 induces B-cell depletion resulting in prolonged immune suppression. This leads to frequent reactivation of patients with a previous history of exposure to HBV or HBV carrier. We collect the clinical features and laboratory findings of patients satisfied the inclusion criteria as follows. Patients diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or \ follicular B-cell lymphoma (FL). Patients who had received at least two cycles of rituximab-CHOP or rituximab-CVP as a primary treatment Patients with a history of previous exposure to HBV HBV surface antigen (HBs Ag) positive Or HBV core antibody (IgG anti-HBc antibody) positive Then, we compare the HBV reactivation group with the control group (HBV reactivation does not happen) to find factors influencing HBV reactivation.

Hypoxia-Specific Imaging to Predict Outcomes of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell Therapy

Recurrent Aggressive Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma10 more

This study evaluates whether tumors present in patients with cancer who are planned to get CAR T-cells have low amounts of oxygen (hypoxia). PET scans may be used to check the amounts of oxygen within areas of cancer with a special radioactive tracer called FAZA that specifically looks for areas of low oxygen. This study is being done to help researchers determine how the amount of oxygen within areas of cancer affect how well CAR T-cells kill cancer cells.

Living Conditions of Patients With Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma or Follicular Lymphoma in the Côte...

Diffuse Large Cell Diffuse LymphomaFollicular Lymphoma

The development of new diagnostic tools and targeted therapy have significantly improved the management of non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphomas and thus their long-term prognosis. However, in the study of improved patient management, survival is not the only measurable indicator and preservation of quality of life is an essential component. In addition, there is little existing data regarding the determinants of quality of life in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or follicular lymphoma (FL) in the general population in France.
