External Beam Radiotherapy and Zevalin for Management of Indolent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...

LymphomaB-Cell

The purpose of the research study is to learn whether external beam radiation can be used as a safe and effective treatment for patients with bulky (≥ 5cm) sites of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma prior to treatment with 90Y-ibritumomab tiuxetan (Zevalin).

A Comparative Study for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in Hepatitis B Virus Carriers

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

* AIMS OF THE STUDY To test if steroid-free chemotherapeutic regimens decrease the risk of HBV reactivation and hepatitis development in HBsAg (+) carriers. To compare the efficacy of steroid-free chemotherapeutic regimens with that of steroid-containing regimens in terms of lymphoma control. To study the change of activity of HBV and other hepatotropic viruses during the course of chemotherapy.

Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Older Patients With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one drug may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy in treating older patients who have non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

CCI-779 in Treating Patients With Mantle Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Recurrent Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of CCI-779 in treating patients who have mantle cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die.

Bryostatin + Fludarabine in Treating Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Relapsed Indolent...

LeukemiaLymphoma

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one drug may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of bryostatin 1 plus fludarabine in treating patients who have chronic lymphocytic leukemia or relapsed, indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Arsenic Trioxide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of arsenic trioxide in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy Plus Peripheral Stem Cell Transplantation in Treating Patients...

LeukemiaLymphoma

RATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage cancer cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Peripheral stem cell transplantation may allow doctors to give higher doses of chemotherapy drugs and kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of radiation therapy and chemotherapy plus peripheral stem cell transplantation in treating patients who have high-grade lymphoma or acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Radiation Therapy and Cyclophosphamide Plus Peripheral Stem Cell Transplantation in Treating Patients...

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage cancer cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Peripheral stem cell transplantation may allow doctors to give higher doses of chemotherapy drugs and kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of radiation therapy and cyclophosphamide plus peripheral stem cell transplantation in treating patients who have recurrent or refractory Hodgkin's disease or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Comparison of Two Combination Chemotherapy Regimens in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated...

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one chemotherapy drug may kill more tumor cells. It is not yet known which combination chemotherapy regimen is most effective in treating aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. PURPOSE: Randomized phase II trial to compare the effectiveness of two combination chemotherapy regimens in treating patients who have previously untreated aggressive stage II, stage III, or stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
