This is a study to evaluate the safety of idelalisib as post-transplantation maintenance in patients with B cell hematologic malignancies undergoing a allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). Safety will be evaluated through the assessment of cytopenias, effect on donor chimerism, effect on the incidence and severity of acute graft versus host disease, and gastro-intestinal tolerance.

This phase I trial investigates the side effects and best dose of CD19 positive (+) specific CAR-T cells in treating patients with CD19+ lymphoid malignancies, such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or chronic lymphocytic lymphoma. Sometimes researchers change the genetic material in the cells of a patient's T cells using a process called gene transfer. Researchers then inject the changed T-cells into the patient's body. Receiving the T-cell infusion may help to control the disease.

B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

This phase II trial studies how well anakinra works in decreasing the occurrence of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and damage to the nerves (neurotoxicity) in patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are receiving CD-19 targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. CAR-T cell therapy may be complicated by two potentially life-threatening side effects: CRS and neurotoxicity. Anakinra is a drug typically used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, but may also help in preventing CAR-T cell-related cytokine release syndrome and neurotoxicity.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of ibrutinib in treating B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or does not respond to treatment in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether it is safe for patients with HIV infection to receive ibrutinib while also taking anti-HIV drugs.

Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Patients with previously untreated low tumor burden indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) will receive either rituximab or GA101 weekly for 4 weeks followed by re-staging to determine response. Rituximab, an anti-CD20 chimeric antibody, was approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration in 1998 for the treatment of patients with relapsed low-grade B-cell lymphomas. Clinically, four weekly doses of rituximab have proven to be well tolerated and effective in previously untreated as well as relapsed patients with low-grade lymphoma. GA101 is an anti-CD20 humanized and glyco-engineered monoclonal antibody. GA101 has been shown to have increased antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and direct cell-death induction compared to Rituximab. It is possible that GA101 may have greater efficacy than rituximab. PrE0401 Sub-Study Evaluation of Corrected QT (QTc) Interval and Pharmacokinetic Parameters in Patients Participating in GA101 (Obinutuzumab) Approximately twenty-five patients randomized to GA101 may participate in the sub-study. Electrocardiograms and blood samples will be obtained.

This study uses a drug called dasatinib to produce an anti-cancer effect called large granular lymphocyte cellular expansion. Large granular lymphocytes are blood cells known as natural killer cells that remove cancer cells. Researchers think that dasatinib may cause large granular lymphocyte expansion to happen in patients who have received a blood stem cell transplant (SCT) between 3 to 15 months after the blood SCT. In this research study, researchers want to find how well dasatinib can be tolerated, the best dose to take of dasatinib and to estimate how often large granular lymphocytic cellular expansion happens at the best dose of dasatinib.

Background: - PU-H71 is an experimental drug used to treat cancer. It works by blocking a protein in tumors. When this protein is blocked, it affects other proteins inside the cell that cancers need to grow. Researchers want to study whether PU-H71 is a safe and effective way to treat solid tumors and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Objectives: - To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of PU-H71 in solid tumors and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that have not responded to standard treatments. Eligibility: - Individuals at least 18 years of age who have solid tumors or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that have not responded to standard treatments. Design: Patients will be screened with a physical exam, medical history, blood tests, and imaging studies. Patients will receive PU-H71 as a 1-hour dose on days 1 and 8 of a 21-day cycle of treatment. The first treatment cycle will be done in the hospital so that patients can be monitored. The next treatment cycles will be done on an outpatient basis. Patients will have blood and urine tests and eye exams. Patients will provide tumor samples for study. Patients will have imaging studies to monitor tumor response to treatment. Patients will continue to take PU-H71 for as long as side effects remain tolerable and their tumor or lymphoma does not worsen. Study researchers may adjust the dose if needed.
