A Study of Galiximab + Rituximab Versus Rituximab + Placebo in Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin'sThis is a Phase III, multicenter, global, clinical study of an investigational drug called galiximab in combination with an approved drug called rituximab in subjects with follicular NHL. The purpose of the study is to compare the clinical benefit of galiximab when given in combination with rituximab as compared with rituximab alone (given with placebo) in subjects with follicular NHL. Safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of galiximab and rituximab will also be evaluated.
In-Vivo Activated T-Cell Depletion to Prevent GVHD
Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaAcute Lymphocytic Leukemia9 moreThe purpose of this study is to compare the effects (good and bad) of the medication basiliximab in combination with cyclosporine with cyclosporine alone for the prevention of graft-versus-host disease. This research is being done because there is no completely safe and effective prevention for graft-versus-host disease. It is known that cyclosporine helps with GVHD but we would like to know if the addition of basiliximab will decrease the incidence and/or severity of GVHD after a transplant known as nonmyeloablative ("mini" transplant).
MDX-010 in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Lymphoma
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisB-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia21 moreBiological therapies, such as MDX-010, work in different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MDX-010 and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Phase I/II Trial of Redox Regulation in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CD20+ NHL
Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL)Monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab and yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver radioactive cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Motexafin gadolinium may increase the effectiveness of yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan by making the cancer cells more sensitive to the drug. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of motexafin gadolinium when administered with rituximab and yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage II, stage III, or stage IV relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Safety and Efficacy of Zevalin in the Treatment of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to provide treatment for patients who have relapsed NHL or refractory NHL, and to determine the effectiveness and safety of the Zevalin and Rituxan regimens or Rituxan therapy alone on your disease.
Study of 90Y-hLL2 to Treat Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Non-Hodgkins LymphomaThe purpose of this trial is to determine the safety of 90Y-hLL2 at different dose levels in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Oxaliplatin, Ifosfamide and Etoposide in Treating Young Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Solid...
Angioimmunoblastic T-cell LymphomaB-cell Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia26 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of oxaliplatin and etoposide in treating young patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors or lymphomas. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as oxaliplatin and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Oxaliplatin may also help etoposide work better by making cancer cells more sensitive to the drug. Giving oxaliplatin together with etoposide may kill more cancer cells.
Oblimersen and Gemcitabine in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor or Lymphoma
Extranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid TissueNodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma33 moreDrugs used in chemotherapy such as gemcitabine use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Oblimersen may increase the effectiveness of gemcitabine by making cancer cells more sensitive to the drug. This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of oblimersen and gemcitabine in treating patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors or lymphoma
R-CHOP-B Bevacizumab for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaB-cell LymphomaThis study evaluates the use of the standard treatment R-CHOP plus the anti-VEGF drug, bevacizumab and whether this treatment is feasible in patients with stage II, III and IV diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
Study of LBH589, A Deacetylase Inhibitor in Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Hodgkin or Non-Hodgkin's...
Hodgkin's LymphomaNon-Hodgkin's LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to find out the effects of a drug called LBH589 when given to people with recurrent or refractory Hodgkin or Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The safety of this drug will also be studied. The participants' physical state, changes in the size of the tumor, or state of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and laboratory findings taken while on-study will help the researchers decide if LBH589 is safe and effective.
