Augmented Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster Therapy Plus Ofatumumab for Young Adults With Acute Lymphoblastic...
LeukemiaPrecursor-B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia2 moreThe goal of this clinical research study is to learn if a chemotherapy combination called augmented Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster (BFM), when also combined with ofatumumab or rituximab, can help to control precursor-B ALL or LL in patients who are 12-30 years of age. The safety of these drug combinations will also be studied. Augmented BFM is made up of daunorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, dexamethasone, PEG asparaginase, and methotrexate.
Akt/ERK Inhibitor ONC201 in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
Central Nervous System LymphomaGastric Mantle Cell Lymphoma5 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of v-akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog (Akt)/mitogen-activated protein kinase 1(ERK) inhibitor ONC201 and to see how well it works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. Akt/ERK inhibitor ONC201 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Safety Study of SEA-CD40 in Cancer Patients
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell Lung27 moreThis study is being done to find out if SEA-CD40 is safe and effective when given alone, in combination with pembrolizumab, and in combination with pembrolizumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel. The study will test increasing doses of SEA-CD40 given at least every 3 weeks to small groups of patients. The goal is to find the highest dose of SEA-CD40 that can be given to patients that does not cause unacceptable side effects. Different dose regimens will be evaluated. Different methods of administration may be evaluated. The pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic effects, biomarkers of response, and antitumor activity of SEA-CD40 will also be evaluated.
A Phase 1/2 Study To Evaluate ASN002 In Relapsed/Refractory Lymphoma And Advanced Solid Tumors
LymphomaLarge B-Cell36 moreThis study is a dose escalation, and cohort expansion study in subjects with advanced cancer for which no standard therapy exists. Subjects must have received prior treatment for cancer that has not worked, or has stopped working.
Irradiated Donor Cells Following Stem Cell Transplant in Controlling Cancer in Patients With Hematologic...
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia in Remission17 moreThis pilot clinical trial studies the side effects of irradiated donor cells following stem cell transplant in controlling cancer in patients with hematologic malignancies. Transfusion of irradiated donor cells (immune cells) from relatives may cause the patient's cancer to decrease in size and may help control cancer in patients receiving a stem cell transplant.
A Trial to Investigate the Efficacy of Bendamustine in Patients With Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
Indolent B-cell NHLTo compare the efficacy of bendamustine against treatment of physician's choice on progression-free survival in subjects with indolent B-cell NHL.
Pilot Study Of Sirolimus Plus Multiagent Chemotherapy For Relapsed/Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic...
Relapsed Lymphoblastic LeukemiaRecurrent Adult Lymphoblastic Lymphoma2 moreThe investigators want to learn about treating relapsed/refractory lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma with a drug called sirolimus. The investigators are using sirolimus along with other cancer drugs that are often given to patients with relapsed leukemia and lymphoma. The main purpose of this study is to determine if sirolimus can be given safely in combination with standard drugs used to treat relapsed lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma.
Chemotherapy for Relapsed Epstein Barr Virus Associated Lymphoma
Epstein Barr Virus Associated Non Hodgkin's LymphomaEpstein Barr Virus Associated Hodgkin's Lymphoma1 moreBy combining a variety of agents that potentiate Zidovudine (ZDV), the investigators hope to induce remission in this generally fatal disease. Most therapies for aggressive B cell lymphomas are based upon intensive chemotherapeutic regimens, expensive modalities (bone marrow transplant, Rituximab), or experimental approaches (gene therapy, cytotoxic T cell infusion) that are difficult to implement in heavily pre-treated patients. Therapy for relapsed aggressive B cell lymphomas is very poor. Even curable lymphomas such as Burkitt Lymphoma (BL) and Hodgkin lymphoma are extremely difficult to treat in relapse and/or after stem cell transplant failure. The investigators propose a novel therapeutic approach that exploits the presence of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in lymphomas; antiviral mediated suppression of NF-kB and disruption of viral latency.
Phase 2 Study of Zevalin Versus Zevalin and Motexafin Gadolinium in Patients With Rituximab-Refractory...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThe objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Zevalin regimen compared to Zevalin and motexafin gadolinium in patients with rituximab-refractory, low-grade or follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). Effectiveness of the experimental regimen assessed by complete response rate within 6 months of study entry (primary endpoint), complete response rate within 3 months of study entry, and overall response rate within 6 month of study entry.
Assessment of Impact Nutritional Program During Autologous Stem Cell Transplant
Hodgkin's LymphomaMultiple Myeloma1 moreNestle Impact has shown efficacy in multiple surgical trials in relation to improving hospital length of stay and infection rate. 1 dose of Nestle Impact Advanced Recovery will be taken orally three times a day beginning on the morning following stem cell transplant and will continue until the day of hospital discharge.
