Study of SGN-30 (Anti-CD30 mAb) in Patients With Primary Cutaneous Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma...

Large Cell Lymphoma

This multi-center, phase II study will be conducted to define the toxicity profile and antitumor activity of SGN-30 in patients with pcALCL and other closely related lymphoproliferative disorders.

Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Rituximab in Combination With Low-dose Radiotherapy in Patients...

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This study aims to assess the short term efficacy of a combination of rituximab and low-dose radiotherapy in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Study of Low-Intensity Conditioning for Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant

Multiple MyelomaLymphocytic Leukemia3 more

The purpose of this study is to determine whether a reduced intensity conditioning regimen for stem cell transplant with donor cells will allow the donor cells to be effective without causing health problems.

Cyclophosphamide W/or W/Out Rituximab and Peripheral Stem Cell Transplantation in Patients With...

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining chemotherapy with peripheral stem cell transplantation may allow the doctor to give higher doses of chemotherapy drugs and kill more cancer cells. It is not yet known if combining rituximab with cyclophosphamide is more effective than cyclophosphamide alone in stimulating peripheral stem cells for transplantation. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying how well giving cyclophosphamide with or without rituximab followed by chemotherapy and peripheral stem cell transplantation works in treating patients with recurrent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Monoclonal Antibody Therapy in Treating Patients With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma That Has Relapsed After...

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab can locate cancer cells and deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies can locate and deliver radioactive cancer-killing substances. PURPOSE: Phase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of combining radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies with rituximab in treating patients who have non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has not responded to high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation.

Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone With or Without Gemcitabine in Treating...

LymphomaSmall Intestine Cancer

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one chemotherapy drug may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying giving combination chemotherapy together with gemcitabine to see how well it works compared to giving combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with previously untreated aggressive stage II, stage III, or stage IV non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Study of SGN-30 (Antibody) in Patients With Refractory or Recurrent Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma...

Anaplastic Large-Cell Lymphoma

To investigate safety and antitumor activity of SGN-30 in patients with Hodgkin's Disease and anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). As of March 22, 2005, interim analysis of the Hodgkin's Disease (HD) arm has been completed per the statistical plan in the protocol. SG030-0003 is now closed to further recruitment of HD patients.

Rituximab and Interleukin-2 in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Intermediate- or High-Grade...

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies such as rituximab can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Interleukin-2 may stimulate a person's white blood cells to kill cancer cells. Combining rituximab with interleukin-2 may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining rituximab with interleukin-2 in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory intermediate- or high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
