A Study of GDC-0941 in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors or Non-Hodgkin's...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaSolid CancersThis is an open-label, Phase I, dose-escalation study using a 3 + 3 design to assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of orally administered GDC-0941 administered QD. This study will include patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, NHL, or multiple myeloma (MM) (expansion stage only) for which standard therapy either does not exist or has proven ineffective or intolerable.
Escalating Dose Study in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Chronic...
B Cell Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia1 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AVL-292 as monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM).
Evaluating the Safety and Tolerability of GDC-0349 in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaSolid TumorThis is an open-label, multicenter, Phase I, dose-escalation study to assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) of GDC-0349 administered once daily (QD), orally (PO).
IMGN529 in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Chronic Lymphocytic...
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin1 moreThe purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of IMGN529 in patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of Weekly Intravenous (IV) Doses of BMS-906024 in...
Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAcute T-cell1 moreThe purpose of this study is to identify a safe and tolerable dose of BMS-906024, either alone or in combination with Dexamethasone in subjects with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma who no longer respond to or have relapsed from standard therapies
Romidepsin, Ifosfamide, Carboplatin, and Etoposide in Treating Participants With Relapsed or Refractory...
Mycosis FungoidesRecurrent Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma11 moreThis phase I trial studies the best dose and side effects of romidepsin when given in combination with ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide in treating participants with peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Romidepsin may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving romidepsin, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide may work better in treating participants with peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
Safety & Efficacy Study of AT-101 in Combination w/ Rituximab in Previously Untreated Grade I-II...
Follicular LymphomaThis is a phase II clinical trial in patients who have not received systemic treatment for follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The study combines rituximab, an approved drug for this disease, with AT-101, an experimental drug. The hypothesis is that by adding AT-101 to the rituximab regimen, improvement to patients' response to the treatment will be observed verses rituximab alone.
MAXIMA Study: A Study of Maintenance Therapy With MabThera (Rituximab) in Patients With Non-Hodgkin's...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThis single arm study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of MabThera maintenance therapy following a MabThera-containing induction regimen in first line or relapsed patients with follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. All patients will receive MabThera 375mg/m2 body surface area, as an intravenous infusion, every 8 weeks. The anticipated time on study treatment is 1-2 years, and the target sample size is 500+ individuals.
Phase I Open-Label Dose Finding Study of SGN-35 for CD30 Positive Hematologic Malignancies
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin5 morePhase I study to define the safety profile and pharmacokinetic parameters of SGN-35 in patients with relapsed/refractory CD30-positive hematologic malignancies. This is a single-arm, open-label, Phase I dose escalation study designed to define the MTD, PK, immunogenicity and anti-tumor activity of SGN-35 in patients with relapsed/refractory CD30-positive hematologic malignancies.
Vorinostat in Treating Patients With Metastatic or Unresectable Solid Tumors or Lymphoma and Liver...
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma62 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of vorinostat in treating patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors or lymphoma and liver dysfunction. (closed for accrual as of 04/05/2010) Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Vorinostat may have different effects in patients who have changes in their liver function.
