Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

This is a single-center, non-randomized and dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of C-CAR066 in treatment of r/r DLBCL who received CD19 CAR-T therapy.

A Study on Pharmacokinetics (PK), Efficacy and Safety of Subcutaneous (SC) Versus Intravenous (IV)...

LymphomaLarge B-Cell1 more

This is a multicenter China-only study to investigate the PK, efficacy and safety of SC rituximab versus IV rituximab, both in combination with CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone) in previously untreated participants with CD20 positive DLBCL. Participants will be randomized to receive eight cycles of rituximab SC or rituximab IV combined with six or eight cycles of standard CHOP chemotherapy. After the end of study treatment, participants will be followed-up every 3 months for 6 months.

Pembrolizumab and Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...

B-Cell LymphomaUnclassifiable19 more

This phase I/Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of ibrutinib when given together with pembrolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Given pembrolizumab and ibrutinib may work better in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Multiple Myeloma (MM)Lymphoma3 more

The purpose of this first in human study is to assess safety, tolerability, PK and preliminary clinical activity and to estimate the MTD(s)/RDE(s) of MIK665 (also referred as S64315) as single agent administered intravenously (i.v.) in adult patients with refractory or relapsed lymphoma or multiple myeloma.

Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaB-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This is an open label, multicenter, adaptive Phase 2 clinical study. The study will consist of a screening period, a treatment period, an end of treatment visit, and a follow-up period.

Study of Ofatumomab in Combination With ICE-chemotherapy in Patients With Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma...

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of ofatumomab in combination with ICE chemotherapy in subjects with relapsed/refractory DLBCL following failure to combination rituximab and anthracycline based chemotherapy. Participants with the option of potentially curative stem cell therapy may proceed to high dose chemotherapy and stem cell rescue. Participants with disease not considered curable with stem cell therapy, ineligible for or decline stem cell therapy may receive up to a maximum of 6 cycles of study drugs.

Pembrolizumab After ASCT for Hodgkin Lymphoma, DLBCL and T-NHL

Hodgkin LymphomaDiffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma1 more

This phase II study is designed to determine the clinical efficacy of PD-1 blockade, using the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody pembrolizumab (MK-3475), administered as consolidation therapy after autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT), in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) or peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) in 1st remission.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMultiple Myeloma1 more

To assess safety and tolerability, describe the dose-limiting toxicities, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the highest protocol-defined dose (maximum administered dose) in the absence of establishing the MTD, and a recommended dose for further evaluation of MEDI7247 in patients with selected hematological malignancies who have relapsed after, or are refractory to prior standard therapy, and for whom there is no standard salvage regimen available.

Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaRefractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

This phase IIa trial studies the side effects and how well TGR-1202 and ibrutinib work in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. TGR-1202 and ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
