Rituximab and Lenalidomide vs Rituximab Alone as Maintenance After R-chemoterapy for Relapsed/Refractory...
LymphomaFollicularA randomized phase III multicenter trial assessing efficacy and toxicity of a combination of Rituximab and Lenalidomide (R2) vs Rituximab alone as maintenance after chemoimmunotherapy with Rituximab-chemotherapy (R-CHT) for relapsed/refractory FL patients not eligible for autologous transplantation (ASCT)
Genetically Modified T-cell Infusion Following Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant in Treating...
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisCutaneous B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma22 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of genetically modified T-cells following peripheral blood stem cell transplant in treating patients with recurrent or high-risk non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Removing the T cells from the donor cells before transplant may stop this from happening. Giving an infusion of the donor's T cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) later may help the patient's immune system see any remaining cancer cells as not belonging in the patient's body and destroy them (called graft-versus-tumor effect)
Novel Combinations of CC-122, CC-223, CC-292, and Rituximab in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma and...
LymphomaLarge B-Cell1 moreFirst study, at multiple clinical centers, exploring the effects of different combinations of compounds (CC-122, CC-223 ,CC-292 and rituximab) to treat Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Follicular Lymphoma
Lenalidomide and Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...
Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaRecurrent Follicular Lymphoma7 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide and ibrutinib in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned (relapsed) or not responded to treatment (refractory). Lenalidomide help shrink or slow the growth of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving lenalidomide with ibrutinib may work better in treating non-Hodgkin lymphoma than giving either drug alone.
A Phase 3 Open Label Randomized Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Rituximab Plus Lenalidomide...
Follicular LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to find out if lenalidomide when given along with rituximab can help to control the disease and also increase the length of your response (complete or partial response) compared to the standard of care rituximab chemotherapy treatment.
A Study of Imvotamab Monotherapy and in Combination in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Non-Hodgkin...
Non-Hodgkin LymphomaFollicular Lymphoma3 moreThis is a Phase 1/2 study of imvotamab in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. This study will consist of a dose-escalation stage, a combination stage, and a randomized dose-expansion stage where subjects will be enrolled into indication-specific expansion cohorts. imvotamab will be administered intravenously (IV). Additional CD20-positive NHL histologies (e.g. MZL and MCL), may be allowed with Medical Monitor approval during the Dose-Escalation Phase of the study.
Rituximab With or Without Yttrium Y-90 Ibritumomab Tiuxetan in Treating Patients With Untreated...
Ann Arbor Stage I Grade 1 Follicular LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage I Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma8 moreThis phase III trial studies rituximab and yttrium Y-90 ibritumomab tiuxetan to see how well they work compared to rituximab alone in treating patients with untreated follicular lymphoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radioactive substances linked to monoclonal antibodies can bind to cancer cells and give off radiation which may help kill cancer cells. It is not yet known whether rituximab works better with or without yttrium Y-90 ibritumomab tiuxetan in treating follicular lymphoma.
Anti-ICOS Monoclonal Antibody MEDI-570 in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral...
Advanced Primary Cutaneous T-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Follicular Helper T-Cell Lymphoma19 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of anti-inducible T-cell co-stimulator (ICOS) monoclonal antibody MEDI-570 in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma follicular variant or angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as anti-ICOS monoclonal antibody MEDI-570, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma
Grade 3a Follicular LymphomaRecurrent Grade 1 Follicular Lymphoma3 moreThis phase II trial studies how well ibrutinib works in treating patients with follicular lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Rituximab, Lenalidomide, and Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated Stage II-IV...
Ann Arbor Stage II Grade 1 Contiguous Follicular LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage II Grade 1 Non-Contiguous Follicular Lymphoma10 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide and ibrutinib when given together with rituximab in treating patients with previously untreated stage II-IV follicular lymphoma. Lenalidomide may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving lenalidomide and ibrutinib together with rituximab may work well in treating follicular lymphoma.
