Study to Treat Relapsed Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma With Radiation and Bexxar

Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaFollicular Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of treating relapsed follicular lymphoma with a combination of Bexxar and External Beam Radiotherapy (EBRT). Patients will receive EBRT (20 Gy in 10 fractions) followed by Bexxar.

Follicular Lymphoma

This is a randomized, open-label, active-control, multicenter Phase 2 study of VELCADE+fludarabine in comparison with rituximab+fludarabine in subjects with relapsed advanced follicular lymphoma. Eligible subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio between the 2 treatment arms (55 subjects per arm).

Autologous or Donor Stem Cell Transplantation in Treating Patients With Recurrent Non-Hodgkin's...

Recurrent Grade 1 Follicular LymphomaRecurrent Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma2 more

This study is designed as a Phase II/III, multi-center trial, comparing two transplant strategies to determine whether non-myeloablative allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) will improve long-term progression-free survival compared to autologous HSCT. Recipients will be biologically assigned to the appropriate treatment arm depending on the availability of a Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) matched sibling.

Comparative Trial for Pixantrone in Combination With Rituximab in Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...

LymphomaFollicular8 more

The purpose of this study is to determine whether combining pixantrone (BBR 2778, INN name pending) with the monoclonal antibody rituximab, leads to an increase in the period of patients' remission, compared to rituximab alone.

Follicular Lymphoma

This is a non-comparative, prospective, non-randomized single centre phase II clinical trial of Rituximab and alpha interferon immunotherapy following autologous stem cell transplant in patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma conducted at Toronto Sunnybrook Regional Cancer Centre/Sunnybrook and Women's Health Sciences Centre.

LymphomaFollicular

This is a Randomized, Double-blind, Multi-center, Multi-national Trial to Evaluate the statistical equivalence of efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of SAIT101 Versus Rituximab as a First-line Immunotherapy Treatment in asymptomatic patients with Low Tumor Burden Follicular Lymphoma.

A Phase 1, Open-label Trial of Oral Azacitidine (CC-486) Plus RCHOP in Subjects With Large B-Cell...

LymphomaLarge B-Cell3 more

The goal of the study is to identify a dose and schedule of CC-486 that can be safely administered with R-CHOP. To evaluate the safety and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the maximal administered dose (MAD) of CC-486 in combination with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in subjects with high risk (IPI 2 or more) previously untreated DLBCL or Grade 3B FL. Also, to determine pharmacokinetics (PK) of CC-486 when administered alone and in combination with R-CHOP and to explore preliminary efficacy of CC-486 plus R-CHOP by 2007 International Working Group (IWG) criteria.

Follicular Lymphoma IV/SC Rituximab Therapy (FLIRT)

Follicular Lymphoma

Patient will receive either one infusion of rituximab IV and seven administrations of rituximab SC (experimental arm) or four infusions of rituximab IV (standard arm). The hypothesis is that the use of rituximab by sub cutaneous route and the scheme of administration could: optimize rituximab exposure leading to improve response rate increase adaptative response and then improve long-term control disease.

Everolimus and Bendamustine Hydrochloride in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hematologic...

Recurrent Adult Diffuse Large Cell LymphomaRecurrent Adult Hodgkin Lymphoma6 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of everolimus when given together with bendamustine hydrochloride in treating patients with cancer of the blood (hematologic cancer) that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed) or did not get better with a particular treatment (refractory). Everolimus may prevent cancer cells from growing by blocking a protein that is needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving everolimus together with bendamustine hydrochloride may be a better treatment for hematologic cancer.
